Beach Cottage #5 at OceanView

The house was clean but inadequate bath towels .. the yard was very overgrown .. address says ocean view but there was no view of the ocean ..parking was good

Pros:The cottage was cleanKitchen had everything needed The location to the beach was nice Cons:He did not reply to one of my questions for several weeks. Did not provide address until 10am the day of the rental. When I reach out to owner the day before he said that he will give it to me at 10am the day of arrival. I stated that I have always had it before then. (I saw this on the Vrbo website three days ahead of your stay, Vrbo will send you an email with check-in information provided by the host, including how to access codes or keys to enter, the property address, cancellation policy and additional host contact information.) There were no dressers in the bedrooms. Very small closets and only four hangers for entire home Towels were old and thin. The blinds off of the kitchen area is plastic and was broken. (Cheap) The bathrooms have soap, shampoo dispensers but they are clogged and are hard. I own the exact ones and they just need to wash it out and start all over rather than adding more shampoo and soap. Maybe I expected more but it was not a 10 out of 10

We very much enjoyed our stay at your lively cottage. We drove from as far south as you can go in Alabama, to visit for our daughter’s baby shower. Home was spotless, comfortable, and in an ideal location to everything we needed, and wanted to do. The kitchen was fully equipped, we made use of it to make chicken salad for the shower. Your mattresses were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. What kind are they? Will definitely book again in the future when our grandchild arrives.

My husband & I picked that area so my son who is in the Navy & is stationed in Norfolk could come stay with us for the week. We were very pleased with the house very clean & it had 2 parking places just for us. WWWWeThere was plenty of TV to watch w

Beautiful cottage. Updated, SPOTLESS inside. Nice off street parking. Very quiet. Only complaint, no dressers in bedrooms. Great communication with the host. First visit to the area, location, bayside wasn’t great for our needs. No where to walk for breakfast, coffee, ice cream.

We only stayed 2 nights while visiting my parents. I chose this place out of proximity to thier home in Bayview. I was not disappointed in this property, in fact I was impressed. Very clean and modern. I will definitely choose this cottage on my next teip home.
