Stayed Mar 30, 2026Excellent beach front location--just walk out the back door and you are steps away from the beach! Beach chairs and umbrellas (set up for you each morning) were a definite bonus. Also handy to have Alvin's Island store within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have TV channel options without having to stream. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 27, 2025The location is great. There are a few maintenance items that could be addressed with the doors not closing properly but other than that it was a great experience and nice place to stay on the beach. Being able to step off the porch onto the beach isawesome.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025The location and beach access are definitely the highlights of the rental. Walking right onto the beach was perfect. There were just a few minor things I would update/fix. None of which would deter us from staying again. Great property and the included chairs were a plus. All we had to do was walk outside which is big when you have kids that want to go back and forth.

Stayed Oct 13, 2024Very clean. Adequate supplies. Had issues with the Splash resort guest setting up in front of us when we were on the beach. The beach was beautiful but was disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy our space because of guests from another property.
