Beach Bungalow! Steps from Beach! Pool! Dog-Friendly!

Perfect house for us. We will be back.

Great location! Had everything we needed, the fire pit by the pool is amazing.If I had to find one thing-- really had to--- the only thing I wish was for a pully system for luggage.Outside of that it's perfect

Nice property quiet area. Pool could have used more shade but it take trees a while to grow I get it. Any inquiries were answered promptly I really enjoyed the interaction via text. Could had something in the house to show the easiest beach access. And this is not a reflection on the property just something to be aware of but the closest beach access the steps down the dune were gone. It probably has been fixed as this is 8 months later

Me and my husband had an amazing time at Treehouse. This was our last vacation together before baby is here and we had a blast and peaceful time together (even with the cold and rain). We will be back to stay at treehouse in the future! (Perfect walking distance to the beach as well and very private and quiet)

Almost everything about this place was absolutely perfect - the management company (360 Blue), the location, the beds were super comfortable, the wrap-around porch was amazing. The only thing I would improve would be the furniture in the living room - it is super cute and well appointed, but not comfortable. Even with that, we would not hesitate to stay here again!

This home is well decorated (though sofas are unfortunately not comfortable in their retro nature, but cute) with an awesome wrap around porch, fenced in for children's safety which was well used by us since we had a very rainy week. Our issue was with the cleanliness of this home. Typical everyday cleaning was done, linens & towels clean, but kitchen cabinets were sticky and obviously dirty, as well as some pots & pans and utensils, which mskes you not want to use anything without first washing it yourself. The railing on the stairs was also obviously dirty, this I cleaned as well as all of the spindles since we had a little one that held onto these going up and down. The stairs still need to be mopped. Somebody really needs to spend some time on the intake vent in the upstairs closet door, that really needs some attention! So if someone would just go in this home and just give it a little TLC instead a quick brush over, it would go a long way in people's comfort level, and this home is supposedly rated high for its level of cleanliness which is one of the reasons we chose it. It really is a very nice home.

We had a great time at the Treehouse. The house is in a great location with lots of views from each room and the porch. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable (even if a few of the furnishings were a little dated). If we had any feedback, it would be a request to stock more blankets, towels, trash bags. Otherwise, it was a great time and we'll be back!

This was a lovely property that was so close to the beach (300’)! The kitchen was well supplied. The bed in the master was super comfy! The porch is awesome, it wraps all the way around the house, and the swing was really sweet. There are stairs, though, and all bedrooms are up stairs, so be aware if stairs are not your forte. Small grocery and supply store are close by.

This home was the perfect size for us and our 2 young girls for a long weekend. Charming design and great location - quiet, low population density, close to general store and seafood market and a very short walk to the beach. We would not hesitate to rent here again!
