Friendly host. Easy to work with. Easy to get ahold of. Great location. Pet friendly!! Comfy, homey house.

Very nice location. It was very dirty. The host informed me that the cleaner went to the hospital the day before our arrival. She messaged me once and asked if I'd get out 8 towels for the upstairs guests. There was only one in the chest where they were supposed to be.Then on my next to the last day the people above me must have decided to throw a party. There were at least 8 vehicles parked outside, yes they parked me in! Running around and jumping upstairs was intolerable . We got up before daylight the next day and left!

Wonderful, quiet location as described. Easy drive to many local attractions.

A relaxing, remote location with easy access to the beach for morning & evening walks. Plenty of room for us to unwind and have low-key family time, yet close enough to beaches and boardwalk to enjoy sun, surf, and shopping. Our host, Carolyn, went above and beyond to address and resolve a WiFi outage, and was a joy to meet.

What a nice place to spend the week. Even Hurricane Erin didn't damper our stay. The location to the park and beach was wonderful for my kids. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great space for a relaxed time at the beach. Beach access is across the street and the park is next door, with a great little playground for kids to burn energy. Location could not be more convenient. The host was communicative throughout as well. The apartment has everything needed but we did feel we left it a bit cleaner than we found it. Other than that, it was great.

The property was better than expected and very convenient to a beautiful quiet beach. Park right next to property which the kids loved. Host was communicative and ensured all needs/concerns were seen to.

I loved being right across the street from the beach. It was nice being able to visit and take walks often. It was a nice little getaway and worked perfectly for our family and our dog. Thank you, we can’t wait to visit again.

Great, cozy home, so close to a nice quiet beach. House had everything we needed, and easy access to all the destinations we wanted to get to in Delaware, (Cape May-Lewes Ferry, Rehoboth Beach). Very quiet and peaceful location. The owners were very accessible and helpful. Would stay here again!

We had a really lovely stay, the house had everything we needed. Parking and check-in are both super easy and the host is very helpful and responsive, and familiar with the area. The beach is easily accessible and the house had everything we needed (including WiFi and a fully useable kitchen and fridge). A short drive away to many of the main attractions.

If you're looking for a place to lay your head at night (which, thankfully, is about all I was truly in need of) this puts a roof over your head. It also potentially puts loud guests above, so if that's not your thing, this isn't your place. Given that they're pet-friendly rentals, you may sit around listening to noisy dogs yap constantly and being situated on the corner of an intersection and it being a holiday weekend, we also experienced our fair share of noisy traffic, which certainly didn't add to the ambiance. We were able to check in a little early thanks to the host accommodating my request, but I didn't realize it would be at the expense of it not having been cleaned. I'd easily say we left the place cleaner than we found it (though that wasn't difficult) which is the last thing you expect considering the substantial cleaning fee tacked on to the rate. Our stay left a whole lot to be desired and it won't be a frequent booking choice if even a choice at all again in the future, but it gives you close proximity to the public access of the beach & puts you out of harms way from the skeeters (if they don't swarm you upon entering, that is), so take it for what it is.

My host was absolutely wonderful! The house was well stocked with all of the essentials that we needed, and she responding to any of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience
