Brand new exterior decks and entrance landing just installed - not pictured. You can view the ocean from the front 2nd floor deck. The beach is a very short walk across the street. You can also walk to the main supermarket and other shopping. Highly desirable 64th Street in SIC.

Stayed Aug 27, 2022Great location to the beach and stores. House is slightly dated but is exactly what the pictures show and it had plenty of room for sleeping. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
