Beach Block Living in Charming South Rehoboth.

What a classic, beautifully decorated Rehoboth Beach home! It was a true joy staying there! We will be back!!!

Pet friendly, nice house close to the beach with ocean view.

The house comfortable fit our entire family with children. Every amenity we wanted was there such as bikes, the hot tub, a fire pit. Was a wonderful stay

Great location!! We were close to everything we needed, and having the beach a few steps away was amazing! The house was very clean, and exactly as described. It was well equipped and comfortable for our family, with everything and anything you can think of available in the house! Neighbors were friendly and the street was quiet in early November! The host, David provided clear information and was available, although we didn’t need anything during our stay. We hope to return again, this location was perfect for our fall getaway.

Location, location, location! Loved the 2 minute walk to the beach and the access to the boardwalk which begins right at the end of the street! Perfectly pet friendly! Loved having the seperate carriage house where our adult daughter and her family stayed allowing everyone to have their own space. Great little fenced in back yard and a wonderful screened in porch! We throughly enjoyed our stay at this rental!

Best home to stay at the beach! We have been blessed to be able to stay here! Love the house, location and Rehoboth Beach. The owners are simply the best to work with. My 3 grandchildren love this house and can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

We had a fabulous vacation at this classic, Oceanside cottage on Prospect Street. We loved the property that is so well maintained, but also the contemporary interior on the inside. We are a multigenerational family and the house was perfect for all of us. We loved sitting on the screened in front porch in the mornings and sipping our coffee and just relaxing together. It was so close to get to the beach, and our little fur baby loved walking to Silver Lake. We would love to vacation there again next year!

House is charming and accommodating with lots of amenities including bikes, beach chairs and more. Hosts are very generous and responsive. Screened porch and decks make for great outdoor living and dining. Location is great. Loved our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Most important is the house is in a great location, less than a block to the beach and near silver lake, which is almost as equally lovely. Front and back porches were great. Only reason its not a 5 star property is maintenance/cleanliness. It didn't appear anyone had checked the outside before we arrived, there were a few things that weren't great to find upon arrival. And the mattresses need an upgrade. All that said we'd certainly consider returning.

We had a wonderful time a this house. The house is bigger than we expected and better than the photos. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the location so close ot the beach and so many beach towels they had for us to use. The host was quick to answer questions ahead of the trip and check-in was super simple. It was a gorgeous street and great location.

Sweet and convenient

For the most part, we enjoyed the property and all it offered. There were some things that stressed us out a little, not making everything as relaxing as it couldve been. The host are very nice and communicative when needed. I wished we didnt need to reach out to them as much as we did but things needed fixing, or werent functioning properly. I was hoping for a very relaxing time and had more of a semi-relaxing time. The location is wonderful and the house is very quaint.

We appreciated the location, the screened-in porch and fenced-in private back yard. Beds and furniture were comfortable too.

We had an amazing stay at this beach cottage! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the local attractions. The backyard was a fantastic space for our dogs to run around and play. Communication from the owners was great and they made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Certainly recommend as a relaxing beach getaway!

The property is adorable! Lovely little fenced yard with carriage house out back. The living area in main house is lovely and very cozy. And the front porch is fabulous!!! Parts of both houses are a bit dated but honestly it doesn’t take away from the vacation at all. It was perfect for our Fall getaway!!

We have been staying at 3 Prospect Street and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! We love everything from the house to the location! The owners are the best to work with too. Very kind and prompt to your questions. Love Rehoboth!
