Stayed Oct 16, 2025We stayed for a long weekend in October 2025 and fortunately had beautiful sunny weather. The spacious 2nd floor screened-in porch was a fabulous place for us to enjoy family time. The park is right across the street, and the kids loved playing at the playground there (ages 1 and 4.). Everything is walking distance - the beach, boardwalk and Main Street area for great restaurants. Bed linens, towels and plenty of beach chairs/toys (including a wagon) made things easy and convenient.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024This was a wonderful place for our family of six to stay while we were visiting Rehoboth and surrounding towns. We had some bad weather days, and having this spacious home to hole up in while we waited out the rain was terrific. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed, towels were plentiful, and there were more than enough extra blankets for colder nights (the heater worked well, too!). Tons of sitting rooms and areas to visit together. Large table adjacent to the kitchen for eating or games (2nd floor closet in bedroom is well stocked with classic family games!) and several outdoor seating areas with nice views. Super easy access to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. Great neighborhood tucked away for outdoor exercise. This is the perfect place for large families to stay!
