The exterior area of the home features lush tropical landscaping, a sparkling pool overlooking the ocean, and a large boat dock with some of the best boating in this area. You can relax in the pool or go for a swim in the ocean in your own private beach area. There is a large deck overlooking the pool and ocean for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
