The house is in a central location in Gerroa. The Gerroa Bat Fisherman’s Club and the Blue Swimmer Restaurants and Café and the General Store are all within short walking distance. You can eat out and walk home.

Luxurious, contemporary, and stylish house with open plan layout and three levels.
Sheets, pillows, donnas, linen, and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

Configuration – Beach Bliss is a spacious split-level home. Downstairs you will find a king bedroom and powder room. Upstairs you will find the open plan kitchen, dining and living area which boasts stunning views of Seven Mile Beach. Down the hall is the large master bedroom, with a king bed, Ensuite and Juliette balcony. There are two more bedrooms, one made up as singles and the other a king. There is also a bathroom, power room and laundry.

Bedding Configuration – Bedrooms 2 and 3 can be made into one king bed per room, or two singles per room. The default configuration is bedroom 2 as singles and bedroom 3 as a king. If you would like this changed please let us know at the time of making your booking.

Heating and cooling – Beach Bliss has reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area for year-round comfort. You will also find ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. All the windows and doors have fly screens allowing you to catch the breeze.

Outdoors – Beach Bliss has great outdoor options. The large front deck is the perfect spot to relax on the outdoor lounge and enjoy views of Seven Mile Beach and Coolangatta Mountain. There is a second outdoor space off the dining area with a gas BBQ, outdoor dining setting and opening and closing roof that can be utilised no matter what the weather is doing. There is also a small, grassed backyard.

Laundry - Internal laundry, fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. There is an outdoor clothesline and pegs.

Parking - Beach Bliss has parking for 3 cars. There is a double garage and a carport bay for smaller cars. No parking in the shared driveway at any time as the property is located at the rear. Internal access from garage to house

Smoking – is not permitted inside any areas of Beach Bliss. Please restrict smoking to the front of the driveway and dispose of any cigarette butts in the bin.

Please note
This property is not suitable for children under the age of 5 due to the number of stairs throughout. The owners do not take responsibility for injuries that may occur to small children at their property.

This property is rated to sleep 8 guests. No mattresses, porta cots, highchairs, tents, caravans or more than 3 cars are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests this includes day visitors above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

There is a minimum two-night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and 6 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to mid January

    The property was absolutely perfect for the family to relax, and spread out, in the ample space afforded by the living areas and bedrooms for our 8 family members. The provision of more than adequate cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery meant that it wasn't necessary to be constantly washing up immediately to ensure sufficient settings were available at meal times.

    Great layout providing plenty of space for the family to be together enjoy games, the view and eat together. Sleeping area removed enough for living areas for Grandpa to nap in quiet. Down stairs bedroom with toilet was ideal for the couple with newborn. Easy walk to beach, overall a great family getaway location.

    Whilst we had a lovely stay, and the inside of the property had been cleaned, we couldn’t enjoy our outside experience in the shade due to the fact that there was an overwhelming presence of very thick cobwebs all over the soft chairs. The table provided was thick with dust and the area unswept. We also felt that asking the guests to take the bins to the kerb was very risky safety wise considering the long driveway that was on a significant slope! We left on the Saturday morning and bins were meant to be put out on the Sunday evening so we wondered about being asked to do that. It seemed that we were being asked to do tasks that we considered a cleaners job and for the price we paid, we were not expecting it. Having said all of this, we understand that people are finding it difficult to get staff. Gerroa is a beautiful place and we had an enjoyable visit.

    One of the nicest places I have stayed in. The location is fantastic so close to the beach. Views of the beach from practically every window. Spacious bedrooms and modern bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped with a wide variety of appliances. The movie screen was a big hit when it was raining. This place had everything you needed whether it was sunny or raining. Highly recommend ‘Beach Bliss’ for your next South Coast holiday !! Christine was a great host.

    We loved our stay at Gerroa. The house was close to the beach with a lovely view. We spent most of our time on the deck, and nightly sunsets were beautiful.
