Beach Bird - 2 minute walk to the Beach

This was our second stay in 3 months. We love everything about this home! The inside is so big, very nice and comfortable, great fenced in backyard too. Nice friendly neighborhood, very quiet, perfect for walking the dogs and humans too. The owners are such great people and we can’t thank them enough for providing such a wonderful home to stay in. Another trip planned already.

We were in town for the Lone Star Motorcycle Rally. We LOVED the property! It was clean, cozy, elegant decor, comfortable beds & bedding, immaculate furnishings, adequate seating, fully stocked kitchen, garage to pull our bikes inside, nice neighborhood. The only advice I would suggest is fixing up the back patio with more comfortable seating, some string lighting and a firepit to make the outdoor space inviting and relaxing. Thanks to the owners for timely responses and professional interactions, We will be back every year!!!

all of the rooms were comfortable and the AC was wonderful. The location was perfect for us, we know the island and this is a preferred neighborhood. Also, good outdoor space for our old pup.

This home was the perfect place for our week in Galveston! Beautiful home. The neighborhood is so nice, quiet and safe. We literally loved being there. We will try to always rent this house. The owners are so great! Thank y’all for providing a home that made us not want to leave for the real world. We will be back!!

My family and I loved the house, beautiful inside! Just as described. Short walk to the beach and Kroger. Saved us from having to drive around. Will be staying here again.

The house was well maintained and it was in a great location. We stayed in the middle of an eccessive heat wave, so the AC had a hard time keeping up. Other than that, it was a great home for our vacation!

There was plenty room for the 12 of us plus one dog. We felt right at home. The owner called ahead of time to let us know of a couple hiccups before we arrived. Nothing which affected our stay. We cooked several meals at the house, the gas grill was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

We had 2 families staying in this house and it was the perfect size! The house was very clean and afford enough room for everyone! It was the perfect location - close to the beach and walking distance to stores.

My daughter, 3 granddaughters and I traveled to Galveston to attend a dance competition. The Beach Bird house was conveniently located behind the convention center and walking distance to the beach. The house was exceeded our expectations.

Really enjoyed the size of the house. Its location is very accurate. Very close to the beach. Best part is the air conditioner is plenty cool to handle the high humidity in Galveston. Desa was super easy to work with and we had a great stay! We were actually in town for cancer treatment in League City and it was a very easy commute. Of course the seafood is great in Galveston, but do not miss the Gypsy Joynt - It’s very close to the house and has great food!

We were in town for a cheer competition. Not only were we close enough to walk to the convention center, but also close enough to walk to the beach. The house is well apointed and well kept. The hosts are super responsive and accommodating! We will be back!

Amazing property the family and i had so much fun close to the beach and local stores.

This home was very spacious and had a large yard for our dog. The bedroom are good size also. Very close to beach, you can hear the waves. And a short few minutes drive to the Strand Street area. We will stay here again!

Everything was great, plenty of room so the family want on top of everyone else.

Perfect house for our 7-person stay! This well-stocked, updated 4 bedroom, with open living/dining area with a large table met all of our needs. We loved playing games around the table and multiple tvs gave us plenty of options for entertainment, no matter where we were. Host was very responsive and hospitable. Super/convenient location minutes from Kroger and the Seawall. We'll definitely be back!

The house was very clean and roomy for the 8 of us that stayed. It is located close to all things you need. (Restaurants, grocery store, beach,) Very Good location. Ample parking for 3+ vechicles.

This is a nice sized home. It is very close to the beach, a grocery store, and the convention center. I believe its renovations are recent. The bedrooms are nice and clean. The bathrooms are good sized. Overall could use a few improvements but it was a good stay. The management was quick to respond when we had an issue getting into the property.

Beautiful home, fully updated, less than 5 minutes from Beach/Seawall and grocery store. Right where you need to be to have your choice of food restaurants. Host was kind, welcoming, and made reservation checkin/out easy. Plenty of space for our 11 guests. This Memorial Day weekend was a hot one and being able to relax in a cool/cold home was a must. We will rent again!
