At the heart of the home is the chef’s kitchen, designed for those who love to cook and entertain. Outfitted with premium Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large marble island, it’s the perfect place to prepare family dinners, brunch spreads, or evening cocktails. The adjoining dining room and beautifully appointed wet bar make hosting effortless—whether it’s a celebratory dinner or a casual evening with friends.

Outdoor living is just as inviting. Two oversized porches offer wonderful spaces to relax, sip a glass of wine, read a book, or enjoy the warm Gulf breeze with family and friends. These spaces naturally become favorite gathering spots throughout the day.

Upstairs, spacious guest suites and a fun bunk room make the home perfect for larger groups and families traveling together. The third-floor tower room provides a special bonus space—ideal for movie nights, games, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach. Seacrest Beach is one of the most charming communities along Scenic Highway 30A. Casual and welcoming yet full of character, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Emerald Coast.

Spend your days lounging by the beach, exploring dune lakes, biking along scenic trails, or strolling to nearby shops and restaurants. Known for its relaxed atmosphere and beautiful surroundings, Seacrest offers everything guests love about 30A—sugar-white sand, emerald water, coastal dunes, and spectacular sunsets.

Established in 1996, Seacrest Beach has grown into a beloved destination for families and friends who return year after year to experience the magic of the Gulf Coast.

AMENITY ACCESS
To access Seacrest Beach amenities and parking, guests must complete the Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registrationprior to arrival. A registration link will be provided after booking.

Upon arrival, guests may pick up parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Services window near the lagoon pool. The lagoon amenity complex can be accessed through any of the six community gates.

Please Note:
The Seacrest Beach HOA requires a $3 per day per guest fee, which will be collected after booking and prior to arrival.

BEACH ACCESS
Seacrest Beach offers a private beach access on the south side of 30A, easily reached via the community’s convenient on-demand beach tram service.

At the beach entrance:
• Chair rentals are available through La Dolce Vita on the east side.
• Guests bringing their own chairs may set up on the west side.

Please note: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies are not permitted at the private beach access.
