Stayed Apr 30, 2026We loved everything about this beautiful property. The pool was so relaxing and we loved eating on the screened in porch. The golf cart was sooo helpful to get my mom to the beach and for riding around the neighborhood. We loved being only a few miles from Pier Park. We had a great time!!!

Stayed Jan 3, 2026Overall, the property was clean and well maintained. We did not opt to heat the pool for the extra fee, however we were able to use it as the weather warmed; it gets full sun on any sunny day during (Jan-Mar at least). Temperature of the water varied from around 60F to around 72F depending on the number of warm days.We found the property adequately appointed and comfortable, and for the most part the picture in the listing were accurate.The one thing we did not like is the bed in the Master bedroom.The bed is WAY TOO high (well over chair height), and impossible to sit on for an average height person (I’m 5’9”, and my wife is arount 5’ 6”). I’m going to try to attach a photo if possible.Adding to the problem is the fact that the mattress has a gel top that is completely worn out, especially the left side, and has hills and valleys in the center. It’s not totally uncomfortable, but should be replaced ASAP. Removing the box spring and replacing it with a platform (or at least a MUCH LOWER box spring), would bring it down to a more friendly height.We had a couple of small issues during our stay that required the management company to arrange for repairs, and they handled it with minimal fuss and disruption to our stay. The pool/ landscape team (Brenda & Joe) were great too!We like this area of PCB, and would consider renting this property again next year, if the owner resolves the master bed issue.

Stayed Sep 27, 2025Perfect for our family of 6. Clean, located close to the beach. Pool was perfect. Golf cart was an added bonus. Check in and out super easy. Close to everything without being in the hustle bustle of it. Easy to reach the Host and anything that needed to be fixed was taken care of immediately. Highly recommended

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Cute, clean house with a great salt water pool. Kitchen stocked with all the stuff you need to cook in. The golf cart inclusion was great to ride around to Thomas bakery and to the beach. My family will return to this cute place. 5 stars all around⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed Apr 5, 2025We loved our stay at Beach Baby. We were so happy to find a great, pet friendly house for Spring Break! The house is walking distance or an easy golf cart ride to the beach. The pool is great and all of the outside chairs and equipment were perfect. There are two kinds of coffee pots (one for k cups) and plenty of pots and pans for routine meals. Even though it is pet friendly there was no evidence of other pets. The layout was perfect for us as was the location to restaurants and groceries. When we did talk to property management they were super helpful…an amazing team! Overall our experience was great and we would definitely return! Thank you!!

Stayed Apr 25, 2025We enjoyed our stay at the beach baby. The cottage is walking distance to the beach, but the golf cart is very handy with it took us maybe 1-2 minutes to get to the beach, if even that. We booked the stay because of our fur baby. He had enough room to run in the backyard. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Sep 26, 2024We love this cute and comfortable home and will definitely rent it in the future. The pool was great and the furnishings were cozy and cute. The golf cart does not work well. It kept stopping in the middle of the road and we could not get the gas pedal to work. We would have loved riding it around had it been in working condition. Everything else was great. Love the neighborhood!
