Great house, great location, wonderful!

We had an amazing long mom’s weekend at Marlow House. The property was very clean and incredibly well stocked. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay in a quiet place within walking distance from all that Delray Beach has to offer. It was just a short walk to Atlantic Ave and Pineapple Grove. From the linens on the beds to the sweet welcome basket we received, everything was perfect. The back yard was very private with a nice heated pool and hot tub that we took advantage of as well as a fire pit/ solo stove for evening fires. The neighbor was so kind and the communication with the property manager was excellent as she was very quick to respond to questions and checked in throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic getaway and we will definitely be back!

We spent a lot of time in the pool + hot tub and we also ate all of our dinners on the Lanai and loved the big table and the ceiling fan, and were pleases that it was screened in and kept the bugs outside. We liked all of the immunities offered to make the stay comfortable like soft soap, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, and all of the typical kitchen + bathroom paper and plastic items we take for granted in our own homes. All of the kitchen appliances worked great and we appreciated the nice pots/pans/dishes and silverware that were available - it made life so much easier. The neighborhood area is very nice and quiet and the neighbors were nice to us when we met them on the street. Bottom line - all of my expectations were either met or exceeded and I will stay here again, given the chance. Thanks to the Marlow House Team for making our Family Gathering a huge success! P.S. We had high hopes for our stay based on the photos and reviews, and we appreciated that the host accommodated our request for an early check-in.Unfortunately, upon arrival we were unsettled to find ants covering the kitchen counters. I contacted the local manager, who arranged for a cleaner and pest control to come the next morning. While I appreciated the quick response, the problem extended beyond the kitchen — ants were also on the couch cushions and in the bathrooms. I sent videos showing the issue, but was told they couldn’t see anything, despite it being clearly visible in person.The local manager later commented to my husband that if this was going to be an “everyday problem,” we should leave — which left us feeling dismissed rather than cared for. The pest treatment only worked for about 24 hours before the ants returned, along with other small bugs in places like the microwave crevices.The home itself feels more run-down than the photos suggest. While I understand Florida has its share of bugs, this was far beyond what’s normal or acceptable. The couch is stained and not easily cleanable, the rugs seem saturated with pesticide, and overall cleanliness did not meet reasonable standards.If cleanliness is a priority for you, I would not recommend this property. Unfortunately, this experience put a real damper on our vacation

This was a wonderful house, very clean and a very safe quiet neighborhood. This house is gorgeous. The pool is magnificent. We would stay here again.

Property was clean. Rooms were comfortable and the pool was great. Close to everything as well. Would stay again.

While the house is adequate the property is not luxury.

The home was in a perfect location close to downtown restaurants & beaches. We loved the pool & the ability to barbecue at the house.

This property is well appointed and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and could tell they were well maintained. There were 3 couples on our trip and this house gave us all plenty of space. The property manager was very responsive.

House was clean and had everything we needed, including a pack-n-play for our baby. Backyard was vibey and the pool was great. The management company was nice and responsive when we had questions. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Location was walking distance to Atlantic Ave and shops, roughly 1/4 mile. Plenty of tvs, bedding, towels, etc. and the washer/dryer was full size so made life easy. Only small negative was the ants; but apparently that is expected in that area of Florida.

We had a great stay! The place had a nice relaxing vibe. We definitely enjoyed walking to Atlantic Ave…and the hot tub!

We had the best time at this beautiful place and especially loved the tropical backyard. Neighborhood is super nice and it’s a very doable walk to Atlantic Ave. Hope to be back soon!
