Stayed May 21, 2026We really enjoyed our stay here. The initial view when you pull in is of the swimming pool, which the kids were very excited about. Everything is nicely appointed, very clean, and the washer and dryer are Speed Queen, which we LOVED.

Stayed May 6, 2026This was my/our first experience with Vrbo and it went much better & easier than I expected! First off, the communication I had from the host Dee was outstanding and made a huge difference; he responded very quickly to my questions both before & during our stay. The house itself was lovely and nicely decorated with a beach/shell motif. The kitchen and all other appliances were in great shape and obviously worked. I loved that each bedroom had either an attached or nearby full bathroom too. There are actually 3 floors but the top one is perfect for kids (our grandkids) so us oldsters didn't have to go up there much, thankfully. We asked Dee to heat the pool and it was a real hit with the grandkids 1 day when it was rainy and not a great beach day. As described, the beach access truly is only about a 2-3 minute walk away so location is great! The only complaint I had is that I wish we'd have known ahead of time that there were beach chairs & toys in the laundry since I had already paid a hefty price to pre-order these items for use during our stay. Otherwise, all was great!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025This property was prefect for our family vacation. Dee was very helpful and provided excellent communication before and throughout the stay. Close enough to the beach if you had to walk back to the house for anything. Very quiet and away from all the traffic. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, look no further than this property right here.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Location is key, easily accessible to public beach and right off the main road. Home is spacious and is as described. Nice neighbors, quiet neighborhood - other than the traffic on the main road. Owner makes himself available to help with any need, keeps good communication.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025We had a wonderful time. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. The beds were very comfortable! The pool was amazing, perfect for our family of 4. The walk to the beach was very short. We also loved eating lunch on the balcony. I would definitely recommend staying here! The property owner was easy to get in touch with and communicated very quickly.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024Location to the beach as well as the area was perfect. We are very familiar with PCB and prefer to stay away from the hustle and crowds. Property overall was in good order with a few exceptions. Rules / Regulations were a little overwhelming as we are seasoned VRBO travelers and would never think of some of the stuff relating to fines, etc. Again great location, easy access to grocery, stores, restaurants and amusement. Would return in the future.
