We’ve stayed at this location many times and we always have a great time. Easy beach access and the condos are clean, spacious and stocked with everything you need.

The cutest place to stay! Mattye was always quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again!

Great family friendly spot that is close to the pool and playground. Getting to the beach is also super easy as it is about a minute walk from the front door. Will definitely stay here again in the future

We had a great time! The place was great and very accommodating for our young children. They had beach toys, toys for the kids to play with inside, a pack n play for our youngest along with a high chair. They were very pleasant to communicate with. Would book with them again!

This property was absolutely fantastic for our family. We have a young child and the proximity to the on-site playground was perfect for brief adventures in between larger activities, meal times, and naps. We walked to the beach easily via an access road. The amenities at this condo were exceptionally well thought out and also designed to scale well for a family larger than ours. Having a full bathroom upstairs by the kitchen also added extra convenience during our stay. The owners were exceptionally responsive and accommodating. We would choose this exact condo again for future trips as our family grows and ages.

In the words of our 8 year old son: As soon as I walked in, it felt like home! Clean & comfy, close to the pool and beach which we appreciated. Mattye was very helpful along the way. We enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. Very close to the beach (walking distance), which was super convenient. Would definitely come back in the future!

Spacious and full with amenities! We appreciated the toys and books for the kids, boogie boards for use, binder full of good information and even laundry soap for use! Great communication with the owner, which is a major plus for us. Perfect location to watch the sunrise from the balcony as it’s just a short walk to the beach! Thanks for the great stay!

I will start by saying Mattye is a great host. First things first, this is a beautiful condo with all the basics as described in the listing. Its is a 2 min walk to the beach which is pretty nice. The condo provides you with beach towels, some beach chairs and even surf boards. (Although some of the chairs were broke :)), anyhow, its good to have these when you on a vacation. Also, it would be great if some basic condiments are included in the kitchen, at least some good coffee :) We did run into an unexpected issue with the plumbing, where a major pipe burst cut off water for the entire Island, no fault of the host. As we had young kids and we really needed water, we decided to checkout for the night. Mattye made sure our checkout was as smooth while trying to handle this problematic situation. Nothing could had been done if the main water pipeline had burst. Mattye still made sure we were taken care of due to this disruption. We certainly look forward to get back and hopefully we have a more relaxed stay the next time :)

The townhome was very clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the balcony looking over the dunes and Packery channel water. The pools were really nice. We would definitely recommend.
