Guest Access:

This unit shares the washer and dryer as well as the outdoor shower with the other duplex unit. There is a secured access alley between the two units that makes it possible to rent both for parties of up to nine guests. Inquire with us if you are interested in booking both units!



Getting Around:

This location is VERY walkable to restaurants, shops, rental stores and all the best beach spots.



Other Things to Note:

Occupants exceeding FOUR will NOT BE PERMITTED TO STAY PAST 10PM. (Children & infants are occupants)



No more than 2 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time.



For your safety there are outdoor cameras on the front door, back door, garage door and inside the garage laundry area of the property.



No Pets Policy: Please note that this listing maintains a strict No Pet Policy. The owner has allergies, and we cannot permit any animals on the property. Sorry!

    Our family had a great stay at Beach2Bay. From start to finish everything was on point. Communication prior to arrival, cleanliness, accuracy of listing all perfect. On site laundry and off street parking really enhances the stay. We walked 1 block to the ocean every day- beautiful surf, sand and sunsets. Many great restaurants within close proximity. We will be back for sure!

    This is definitely a 5 star home. I use a cane and have difficulty walking, and the distance one way to the Bay, and the other direction to the beach was such a God send for being able to enjoy my favorite place. I love the beach, and this was perfect. The home is lovely, clean, and has everything you could need. The communication with the host was the best I've ever experienced. Prompt and clear instructions on anything we needed for help.

    This was an awesome spot to land. The home is awesome perfect for two people. 1 block from the Ocean and 1 block from the Bay. Lots of small businesses to go to that are awesome. Olive Cafe and Lemon Coffee shop were our favorites. The car noise from Mission Blvd was a little loud during the day, but not at night. We were not there during the day anyway. I would recommend this home to anyone.

    We totally enjoyed this getaway home. If you don’t mind some street noise, it’s a perfect location to everything Mission Beach/Bay. Nicely upgraded and comfortable for our stay. The staff was very responsive to questions.

    Great location, close to everything. Cute house, perfect for 2, any more and you'd be stepping all over each other. The downsides, zero at home touch that you usually find at VRBO rentals, like seasonings, condiments, coffee, water. There is a washer & dryer outside, but not 1 soap pod or packet, Probably could use a new machine, the dryer makes a ton of noise, and the lint filter is damaged, so caught and tore one of my shirts, took 3 times of restarting to finally dry our load. The bed is not very comfortable, leans on the hard side. Super cute place though, just don't expect too much, as stated above.

    First time visiting San Diego and I could not have found a better location. Just a block from the beach, but away from the crowds. I really hope we can make it back someday.

    Loved staying here. Walk out your front door, turn the corner walk behind your house and a little block and you’re at the bay. Down the sidewalk is a Starbucks, and BelleMont Park. If you want to go to the beach, just walk out the front door. Cross the street and walk down a little block and you’re at the beach. It’s the perfect location. I love that there is a sound machine provided in the bedroom for the street. It’s noises during the day but not crazy “party” noise. Just normal cars driving by. It didn’t bother us or my little one year old. We did cheat and bring our baby and 3 kids. So total of 6 of us. And there outside camera found that. They are strict on the 4 person limit. So follow it or pay fines LOL. We had a great time and would come back!

    Although the space was not utilized for the purpose we rented it (overflow from a nearby house we rent every year but the original party had an emergency and could not come) we were able to use it a couple days for another set of friends and then to give us a bit more room). It is an awesome space and could not be more comfortable and is certainly kept nice.
