Stayed Jan 20, 2026The townhouse was very well maintained and clean, with all the necessary amenities. It felt like it had been recently remodeled. The appliances are new, there is plenty of closet space, comfortable bedding, and TVs with streaming services in each room.The location is also very good—just a short drive from the Old Town’s shopping area, with many great dining options nearby.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others. We would consider renting it again on a future visit to Phoenix.
