BBQ-Ready Oasis Near Golfing + Surprise Stadium!

The house was clean and had everything that we needed and some extras such as snacks & coffee. The bed was very comforatable and the neighbors were super friendly. We will be back when the weather is warm to enjoy the pool!

I rented this house because it was near my mom and sisters house… I traveled down from Washington state to celebrate my 50th birthday and I rented a really nice sports car also… The car ended up being a waste because I never wanted to leave the house!!!! What an amazingly peaceful and clean house!!! The neighborhood was great …. definitely a five star plus property!!!! I will definitely stay here again!!!! The signed Steve Largent shirt was great!!! Lifetime Seahawks fan here!!!! I will always be grateful for them sharing their beautiful home with me on my memorable birthday… If you’re having any doubts please rent it and you will not be disappointed!

We had a lovely stay and this home is perfect for families; especially a special room for kids and then one for grandma. It’s also a perfect place if you are traveling with a pet. The pool and backyard were amazing, along with a kitchen stocked with everything you need.

Wow! What a beautiful home. Lots of extra touches they leave for you. The house is spotless. The pool was so refreshing. They even provide sunblock and pool toys. The host was amazing. She was so caring and made sure everything was just perfect for us arriving. Close to all. I came for a concert at State Farm Stadium. Very nice neighborhood! Thank you we will be back.

Nice home with a pool, that has toys for the kids. Floats, beach towels, sunscreen, AC worked great. Had extra fans in rooms. Little shampoo and conditioners in the bathrooms. Gas grill was a bonus. Loved the pet relief area.

Better than advertised, wonderful place

We had a great time at here. The neighborhood, the house that felt more like a home, and many small things that made this place great. We relaxed. We soaked in the sun. One big note of clarification, Solar Heated Pool. Unless you know what this means, don't assume. Is there an external heat source - yes. Does this mean you can control the temp on demand - no. This was the one big source of frustration that we realized the week before we stayed. We are not pool owners and didn't understand the difference of pool heat systems. Under a normal PHX sun in April, this is probably what's needed. It's been a cooler winter, so the pool was around 75 degrees. The owner and I had a good back and forth conversation to clarify and try to sort out options as I felt misled by the description. My expectation was a heated pool with a well controlled temp, that's what I thought heated pool meant. As we didn't realize this until one week prior to arrival and not having great alternative options, we resigned to make the best of it. While I believe this should have been more clear in the description - it is indeed what it is per the description. Here are more things that we liked. The outdoor space was great for us. We loved the giant umbrella for shade as we needed it. Cooking in this home was so easy. There were plenty of utensils and appropriate bowls, scrapers, pans (even with non-stick that wasn't destroyed), blender, coffee and so much more. All of these small things really help to make it great. I also should mention - fuzzy blankets - my daughter loved having a big cozy blanket for the cooler parts of the day. There was a clear book left with information for common asked questions. Most rentals have this, but the book here felt more personal. There were more comments shared and it gave greater information than other places. There were even things like nearest hospital - and which is referred - glad we didn't need that. It was so nice to have tips from locals. Because the owner took steps to provide very reasonable concessions, communicated clearly and has a great place, I'm marking a review of 5, even with misunderstanding of Solar Heated Pool. This was the most well stocked VRBO I have been in. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool was too cold to use but it was beautiful. The only complaint I had was the choice of tv channels. It was March madness and there were no real sport channels. 1st world problem, it was very nice!

Had a great visit. The home was exactly as described and was very nice and comfortable. The host was readily available and contacted me before I arrived to ensure we had what we needed to check in. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean and we had an excellent stay. We will be back for this one.

Everything was as advertised. Nice, clean comfortable home. Great quick response from owner to a couple questions we had. We would definitely return.

Everything was very clean. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. We were only two miles from Surprise Stadium where we were able to watch baseball.
