Bayville Shores townhome with a modern interior, AC, & W/D - pool access

Nice quiet community close to beach but away from the crowds

Book it!!! It was wonderful for our family, close enough to the beach and main attractions! The swimming pool was warm and clean, the kids also loved the playground. Beds and showers supper comfortable!!!!

Family of 4: 2 Adults/2 Tweens. Home had 2 bdrms for kiddo's to choose from. All bdrms had TV. Spacious bathroom for them to share. Main bdrm furthest down the hall, however, the walls are very thin and you will hear everything your kiddo's doing. The noise from downstairs travels/echoes significantly upstairs. So keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. Home is furnished will most of your needs including cookware, dish soap, and you get one complimentary laundry packet. The dishwasher did a poor job, and you'll need to inspect the clean dishes. The walls throughout the house were dirty, like the kid rms had food and booger smears on them. However, to be fair, this is All housekeeping and laziness. As far as location, you're tucked away from the craziness but, close (10 miles) if you want to visit the boardwalk. You also are located near groceries, gas, 2 beaches, and restaurants etc... There is a pool but, you have to drive to all the amenities. It's too far to walk if you have kids and a bag full of all their needs and wants. For us, next time, we will reserve a place a little closer to amenities and attractions. My tweens didn't tolerate the 35 minute drive to/from the beach to well, and they're too young to walk the distance to the pool alone... It would be great for 16+yro. Overall, the home had necessities, easy to navigate to/from, and was easy to reserve.

Have stayed in many homes. This home is perfect. Very close to beach Quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants. Will be staying again!!!

This property was perfect for our family get away. Easy access to everything we needed. Def would stay again.

We like the idea that there was loads of room.

We loved our stay at this house. It had all the kitchen supplies we needed and bath towels. The beds were comfortable and the house was generally quiet- it’s a townhouse so at times you could hear music playing from the adjacent house, but nothing a noise machine couldn’t drown out. It also had ample nightlights which was helpful for our toddler. It was mostly very clean with the exception of one bed that wasn’t made so we couldn’t tell if the sheets were dirty or not, but we didn’t need that bed so we just didn’t use it. We also took advantage of the playground and basketball courts on property which were nice amenities. We felt extremely safe here. Overall, I would recommend this property and we would stay here again.
