Bayville Shores 3-Story Townhome w/Balcony, Deck, Water Views, Shared Pool

House was great generally as was location. We were just disappointed by the amenities- no soap in two restrooms, no trash bags in entire house, no hand towel in one bathroom, no shampoo/conditioner. Communication with company was great though.

This was our third time staying at this exact condo in Bayville Shores. We enjoyed the condo’s location, the amenities (pool, gym, tennis court, the attached garage, the enclosed sun room). We also loved the pool! We hope to return again next year! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the Bayville Shore community!

This property was as advertised! Our family liked the layout, the views, the community, and the amenities included. We would book again!

It is close to everything in Ocean City and Bethany Beach. It’s a beautiful condo in a perfect location. The Food Lion and Walgreens were only 1 mile from our condo! Beautiful pool, gym, tennis courts and gorgeous view!

Exceptional experience! The property actually looks better in person than in the pictures. It’s a beautiful and relaxing spot. Very clean and safe. Looking forward to coming back soon!

I was quite impressed that upon arrival we found our beds made up. Normally, sheets are just there and we have to make the beds ourselves. Also, the shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch. The garage level bedroom was colder than the rest of the house, but it gave us a reason to cuddle. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental to anyone.

Myself and 3 gal pals stayed here and had a most wonderful stay. We have stayed in Bayville Shores for close to 15 years during 2nd weekend in Sept. The community is so friendly and quiet and perfect. This home was super clean, and had every accommodation. The VACASA team was helpful and tried to assist in every way. Han, from the team, was so great with follow up and did his best to make our stay perfect. We will definitely use VACASA again.

Would stay there again, house was well equipped. The neighborhood is resort style living all for a reasonable price.

The house was beautiful as well as the complex. The neighbor and other members of the community were very friendly. The evening sun set views from the top deck where amazing. Location was perfect. We chose to beach at Fenwick State Park which was only a short drive from the complex. Everything we could’ve needed was already in the condo. We spent a lot of time in the Florida room, the view of the lake & fountain was amazing from there. it was 100% perfect and I am already looking to stay in the complex for next years vacation.

I would give the rental 5 excellent stars except for a few minor discrepancies. The location is further away from my preferred beach location ‘Bethany Beach’! The checkin was annoying because I had to go to an ‘Office’ in Bethany to check in and out… (it was easy, just out of the way) The unit is 15 mins or more in the opposite direction, so I had to turn black around to get back to Bethany beach! The telephone reps for Vascaya are very rude when you place a ticket for maintenance. The maintenance techs are very kind, but FYI the phone reps are NOT! The Unit is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! It just needed a lot more care with dusting and the floors, but other than that, it was very clean! I have a garage in my home and I appreciated the convenience of having one here too. I must end by stating that I fell in love with the peacefulness of this unit and already scheduled to return again in a few weeks!!
