This unit has two master bedrooms with king size beds and a third bedroom complete with a queen size bed and twin bunk beds. Adjacent to the family room isa three season room overlooking the pond, fishing dock and pool. The upstairs master bedroom has its own private balcony.The ground floor master bedroom has its own screened room porch, which also overlooks the pond. The kitchen is fully stocked and complete with new stainless steel appliances. Kitchen includes coffee maker/Keurig combo. Note that we do not provide sheets and towels. They can be rented and delivered to the unit by using either Ocean City Beach and Linen Rental or Gail Force Rentals. The Bayville Shores complex has a pool, a kitty pool, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball, workout facility, and playground. No garage access. The pond is stocked and ready for fishing —.
