Bayview Sands - Modern, Pet Friendly, 6 BR/3BA on the Water!

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay that we had. Everything was so nice. Host is really friendly and will respond to any questions that we had. Over all definitely will recommend it to friends. And will definitely be using again.

Lovely property! Everything was as described, great location, very comfortable for our party of 8. Some items could definitely use replacing (couch was pretty banged up, carpets etc), but overall great and we would visit again. 4.5 stars!

Crystal was a terrific host! She was available the entire visit and she had staff who were also able to check in on us if need be. The house was clean and really spacious for our family! We enjoyed our stay very much, including long walks out on the beach and a family game night in in the terrific four seasons living room. We really loved the extra large dining table right off the kitchen. Perfect for family game night! Thank you so much Crystal for hosting us! We will be back!

The home was perfect for our stay! The location, the host, and the neighbors were awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of room for adult space and youngins space, when needed.

Panoramic view of the bay and nightly sunsets. Plenty of room for a large family group. Close proximity to the water.Fenced in yard a big plus for groups with younger children and pets. A very enjoyable experience all around.

House was perfect for our large family! We had plentiful of room to spread out and the beach was just steps away. We will definitely love to return again.

The house is as depicted, beautifully appointed and roomy. Checking in and out was as easy as possible, and the hosts were responsive.Linens (sheets, towels, etc) aren’t included with the rental, so people will have to either bring their own or do what we did, get the bundle through Linen Ladies. It seemed a bit pricey at first, but there are a LOT of beds, and we got a variety of towels in the bundle, as well. We had extended family visiting from all over the country with no way to bring enough linens, so the convenience was well worth it. Linen Ladies was great. Timely, organized, everything super clean.Now for the fun stuff! Everyone loved spending time on the back deck, relaxing and chatting while listening to the sounds of the bay, and meandering down to the beach. It’s really idyllic, and the sunsets are gorgeous from there. The dining room is big enough for large groups to be seated comfortably, and great to play games in the evening. The family room was where we were we at when we were inside just to lounge and watch TV or catch an afternoon nap, comfy and great viewThe fenced in sand yard was awesome - our dogs could wander around, and my 2 year old great-nephew just wanted to be there with his toy trucks. My nephew kept saying how amazing it was that his son was so happy to play by himself for so long, with us watching from the deck.Thank you, Crystal, for a vacation that enabled us to blend generations and make wonderful memories for a lifetime!

House was Great perfect size for our family - beach was amazing. Only a couple things I wish were different but I may be different than the next person. Already looking at dates to book again next year.

I had a large group of families and friends. Everyone loved staying here. felt comfortable, and enjoyed time together. The house was beautiful, right off the bay, all fenced, even my furry baby liked running in sand. The owner was promptly communicative. Teens went to movie theater and arcade for fun. A huge wallmart was 10 mins away. I would love to come back!

The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, was directly in the beach, and had amazing views. There were plenty of beds, pillows, and blankets, and the beds were comfortable. The home was set-up well for a large group, providing adequate parking, and large spaces where we could all eat and lounge together. We loved being just a sand dune away from the water. However, there were a few things that made our trip a little less relaxing. Although lines were listed as included on vrbo amenities, linens were a separate expense booked through an outside vendor. This changed the cost of the rental for our party, added extra overhead to planning, and required making our own beds when we arrived. We were looking for a place with a hottub, and this listing was included in the search. There is no hottub, I’m not sure if it is a bug with vrbo, or an issue of how the house is listed, or if the jet bathtubs are counted as a hottub.The fire pit also did not work. We had the very end of every household supply (trash bags, dish detergent, toilet paper, laundry detergent). When we reached out regarding this, we were told that they only “start us off” and that we were responsible for the consumable goods beyond that. This added to the mental load of an already logistically complicated and short trip.Overall we had a wonderful time but recommend being prepared with extra supplies.

This a safe house for dogs and children with bay beach access, great location, and lots of room. We would definitely recommend it and want to go back. The owners have done an excellent job in every way.
