This spacious 4 bedroom/ 3 full baths private pool home sits just one lot in from the end of the canal offering incredible views of the Sarasota Bay. When you walk through the front door, you are greeted by the expansive open floor plan inviting you to explore the unique artistic touches from the owner's selection of décor.

Two guest bedrooms on the west side of the home on the ground floor share a largefull bath with walk-in shower. The 4th bedroom has been set up as an office space with a pull out sleeper sofa for overnight guests. Work from home in the office or just relax reading your favorite literature.

The kitchen offers a large center island with its gas cooktop. This kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities plus more. The wet bar offers a great view of the pool and bay where you can chill your favorite beverage. Make your cup of java to start your day while enjoying the views.

A full bath for guests is also accessible by the pool for convenience. Your ovesized double car garage allows for storage for your bikes and kayaks that might bring with you.

As you climb the stairs to your master suite, will decompress from the day when you reach the top and see the water views. Sit on the deck and watch the boats or water life go by. Your ensuite bath offers a step in shower or relax in the free standing lion-footed tub. A new master bedroom king mattress was installed March 2023.
