Stayed Dec 23, 2024Extremely happy with the location in Paihia and views of the Bay of Islands. That alone makes it worth the stay.Unfortunately, the WiFi and television did not work and it wasn’t able to be addressed during our stay over Christmas and Boxing Day. We could get the air conditioning to work on the main floor, but we couldn’t get the fans working upstairs. The holiday likely explains the inability to get service, but have to give it 4 stars overall.

Stayed Jul 23, 2024We enjoy our stay and was according your website. We had some issues about the house and called the helpdesk of bachcare. It was noted and sent trough to the location manager. Till now we didn’t receive any response.
