Clean rooms, great communication with the host and clear information. Hosts were available, kind and helpful. It was a peaceful community. We enjoyed been out of the hub of tourism. All the ammenities we needed.

Super cute house and very welcoming hosts!

As advertised. Maybe a little smaller than I imagined.More of a family friendly property. Pool was crowded with families. Right next to the highway, but close to HEB and Walmart.

Nice place. Clean and comfortable. We only really got to sleep here due to busy schedule we had here withbfamily amidst graduation. The one yhing i wpuld suggest is for there to be black out curtains added to the main bedroom to block out the morning sun. We would show up at the home at 1am tonsleep but by 6am be blinded by the sun. Then go swith to the smaller bedroom. Other than that the home and staybwas very nice. Thank you.

The home is a quaint, but perfectly sized two story. It’s adjacent to the front entrance of the HOA amenities. It’s tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The property greeted the family with fresh chilled water and Pinot Grigio. It has two bathroom ensuites. During the first night’s rest my husband fell in love with the mattress in one room. It’s soft however the other mattress is slightly firmer should there be a need. There were plenty of linens, pillows, and kitchen utensils. Perfectly equipped for the family. Our trip to the beach was aided with the chairs, buckets, frisbee, and extra towels. While washing our towels we didn’t have to skip a beat when we headed to the pool. I would recommend staying here. SPI / Port Isabel is a tourist area, but there can be local activities that made the extra security guards and gate / high fence line more sheltered to only those permitted into the community - reassuring. Thank you for letting us stay with you. It was great.

My four daughters and I enjoyed our stay in this Port Isabel property. The house was safe, clean, and bright, echoing the colors of the beach and sky. The decor was calming and peaceful. The property was close to everything, including Starbucks, as promised. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and pool. I was surprised and delighted by the bottle of wine, and my kids enjoyed the snacks. We found the beach chairs and beach towels really helpful, as this was only our second beach vacation. Getting to the beach took no time, even on the 4th of July. I would definitely recommend this property.

All the comforts of home with close access to a very clean beach. Very clean with quality linens. Loved having access to a pool and hot tub just a short stroll away on the property. Sadly they were booked and we could not extend our stay.

My family and I rented this house last summer for our Island summer house from March to September. It was perfect and Amazing. The house is located in Port Isabel in a cute, private, relaxing neighborhood right on the bay. The upstairs balcony has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The house is very nice and has the perfect amount of space for a family. We had my 2 young boys and my Dad staying with us. The owners are also wonderful. They keep the house very well maintained, are always in great communication, and really pay attention to every detail to make sure the house and your experience are perfect. The location of the house is perfect also. It is right by all the stores you would need HEB, CVS, Starbucks ☺️. It is quiet, calm, peaceful place away from the hustle and sometimes craziness of the Island but still on the water and just a short drive across the bridge to the Island. We loved being able to drive over, enjoy the island but have a close getaway to go home to and relax. The island can get super busy at Spring Break, holidays etc but we were able to enjoy all of those times at the home. It was a very wonderful summer. Our boys made lots of amazing memories and we were so sad when summer was over. Would definitely love to rent this house again in the future and I highly recommend it ❤️
