Bayside Resort townhouse with golf on-site, pool access, fireplace, & central AC

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and can’t say enough about how great the location, amenities, and all around home setup. We definitely will book again if available!

This was our second time staying at this property and once again, we had a fantastic time. Great location, easy access to OC strip/boardwalk, dog friendly, access to wonderful amenities, and just a great property to spend time in. We will definitely book again if the property is available.

This is a beautiful property with a lot of local amenities. We went for a long weekend with our adult sons. There was plenty of room, everyone having their own bathroom was great. The house is across the street from a pond and the pool with tennis and pickleball. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The house is well stocked, plenty of towels and bedding. The property is about 5 miles from the beach. Unfortunately, we tried to go to the beach on July 4th and it would have taken us 50 minutes to go 5 miles due to local traffic. Clearly not the owners fault, but if you’re a person who wants to be on the beach every day the location may be a hindrance. The property does have regular beach shuttles , which is nice, but they too were stuck in traffic. Lots of people riding bikes, plenty to do for kids. We enjoyed the pool, pickleball courts and walking around the beautiful grounds. About a mile from Harris Teeter, ice cream, and the liquor store. Very walkable. Lots of people using golf carts to get around which looks fun and cuts down on traffic noise. Overall a great property, we will definitely be back!

Home was cleaned really well and the layout was perfect for our group. And it is across the street from the main pool which was perfectly convenient.

Frequent vacationer at Bayside but first time staying in this type of townhome. Very nice setup and close to the pool. Only about a 12-15 minute walk to the Freeman Stage. Comfortable beds.

The house was beach decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved it.

We've been coming to this house for four years now. It is convenient to beaches and stores, and a playground is right across the street. The neighborhood is nice for walking and bike riding; there are some bikes provided. The cleaning was even better this year and there were some new appliances, such as toaster oven and coffee maker. Well-equipped and clean. Our only issue was message on fridge stated water filter 81 days past due for changing. Local team notified, but no one came to change filter during our four-day stay, even though a ticket was created and we were informed someone would contact us about it.

Great house. Very clean, great central location. Bayside Resort is amazing.

Enjoyed our stay with 7 family members and 1 dog coming from different states for a wedding at Sigatures in the development. Short drive to beach towns.

No cable t.v. to watch the Olympics was a disappointment. The house was fine. I'm happy we were able to bring our dog.

I've been to Bayside 3x now and this may be my favorite place!. Location perfect. Appliances, coffee machine, pots and pans were perfect. Beds super comfy. Loved the screened in porch. We brought two bikes for my kids but loved that there were bikes there so my husband and I could take advantage and we all biked down to the point for the 4th of July fireworks. I'd definitely stay there again!
