Bayside Resort house w/ golf on-site, private gas grill, pool & basketball court

Very nice and spacious property. Couldn't work remote in livingroom for a couple of days and not able to get help from property manager. Bummer that you don't have access to the facilities except if you're using for at least 3 days.

We made sure to give a review on this property, The last was a few years ago. The house is beautiful and adequate room for all family members. We all had our privacy and the majority had private bathrooms. Air conditioning did not disappoint. House is in a great location with a lot of great resort ammenities. We went to one of the pools that has a splash pad. The little guy with us loved it. There were 2 heated pools at this location, hot tub and a bar/snack bar. There is also a shuttle available that goes every hour to Fenwick. You have to purchase resort passes to enjoy the pools and shuttle. OCMD and Bethany were also not far as well. House also has beach equipment. Parking is iffy for larger cars, we had 1 car and 3 trucks. We were able to park one in garage. We had to enter the home through the garage, code to that was not provided to us at check-in, so we had to call to get it. That was an inconvenience. House was not clean. Floors were dirty, our socks were black, and the carpets/furniture was stained. We would have cleaned but we had no supplies to do so and we were not going making a special purchase when we paid the cleaning fee. We reported it and no one followed up with us. All we wanted was someone to come in and remop the floors or leave the stuff for us to do it. If they did come in, we were not made aware and the house was still dirty. We ould definitely stay again, but now we know to bring cleaning supplies. There are probably other cleaner places, though.

This was our second year staying in the same resort community because we had such a great time last year. We had a lacrosse tournament in PA one weekend and one in MD the next, so staying here for the weekdays between was a great way to relax and recharge. Checking in and out could not have been easier, the home has a fun coastal vibe, and the resort amenities are outstanding. We enjoyed 3 days at the pool(s) with fantastic staff (bartenders, lifeguards, restaurant & shop associates). We were surprised that one of our days included a pop-up DJ booth that filled so many great song requests! 2 evenings, we played pickleball and were SO grateful that they keep an ice cold water cooler just outside the gate so we could stay hydrated between matches during the 100 degree days. It truly is a beautiful, quiet community that feels like a hidden gem!

We love the pools at Bayside . The house was very big with lots of room for our party of 11. The kitchen is not well stocked snd could use more pots for cooking . We also had an ironing board but no iron so we had to go buy one. We also did not like having to enter the home through the garage instead of the front door . If there is a powe outage, how would you get into the home ? if you cannot open the garage ??? No one at Vacasa could answer this question for us . Overall it’s a beautiful large home but not well equipped in our opinion.

This was the second year that we rented here. The place is basically a great house for large families, however it needs a complete overhaul! Bedspreads very dirty. Couches heavily stained, virtually NO kitchen linens. We respectfully removed shoes to walk in the house. Our feet were black within seconds ants in several spots in the house. Trash cans had trash in them. We had to take to local dump. The list goes on…. Vacasa was made aware of our concerns and refunded our cleaning fee. I've owned rental properties in the past. It’s up to the owner to inspect the property on at least a monthly basis to update or correct anything as needed. We will use Vacasa again, but will not rent that property

Loved Bayside Resort and all it had to offer. The house was well laid out for our family stay. Not all beds were made.One bed was made but the quilt was actually a mattress cover. Had to have someone bring linens twice. Table was covered in crumbs, floors were filthy and had to have house keeping come and clean. Lots of ants on the floors. Hot water was an issue. They sent a technician and he said nothing wrong yet still only got hot water for 3 minutes then cold then hot . The TV situation was again an issue but we spent lots of time outside so made do. Would stay at Bayside again but not a Vacasa run property.

Overall, very happy with the house (size, layout, amenities, cleanliness, Quality of furniture). Our extended family got together and enjoyed our stay. One family member needed a portable fan (even though the Air conditioning was functioning 100%), Vacasa did deliver this fan. Thanks! One suggestion for the homeowner to correct is the steadiness of hot water flow for showering. Also, some dining table chairs needs to be repaired. Other then that a very positive experience. I recommend this house to any family who wishes to get together. The resort/community is beautiful as well!!

The home was very accommodating for our family. We enjoyed all the amenities.For the most part the house was stocked with towels and sheets and pillows. Could have been cleaned better than it was. Over all our stay was good.
