Bayside Resort dog-friendly townhouse w/ tennis court access, WiFi, and balcony

The owner was very responsive. The house is a twin and rather close quartered. Comfortable but could use some updating. The stove top was cracked and there were pieces missing on the stairwell banister. I realize this is a well loved home, but I think fewer personal items might help make the space seem a bit bigger, IMHO.

This house was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. Our teenager loved the upstairs bedroom suite! Commons neighborhood was quiet and perfect for walking - we walked several times to the Freeman Stage to listen in on the concerts, and to Blue Scoop for ice cream afterwards! I would definitely rent this property again as it was the perfect size for my family.

We loved the amenities in the neighborhood. They are top notch from the pools, to the trails and activities it’s definitely a great family destination.

Loved that were able to bring our non shedding dog with us to this home Bathrooms and Kitchen were clean however this home needs a little more TLC. The vacuum cleaner is completely filled and needs to be emptied, especially with a home that accepts dogs . Garage could us a good sweeping, it’s has a lot of sand in it , which you end up dragging in the house. No broom in garage. I would have happily swept it. The hand broom in the house needs to be replaced. It has seen better days.

One roll of bargain brand paper towels was provided and there was no detergent for the dish washer. There also was no dish rag. Otherwise, our stay went well.

We were impressed with the property and amenities...very nice. The only issue I have is with the trash/recycle policy you have. If you’re staying in a property for an entire week, you’re going to have a good amount of trash and recycling. To expect “your guest” to haul it to the community dumpster in between trash hauler pick-ups is not appropriate. Trash I can understand because it’s picked up twice a week, but recycling? It’s a bit over the top. Speaking of trash & recycling, it wouldn’t hurt to have someone power wash those receptacles on a consistent basis...they were nasty. Bayside is beautiful and our family had a wonderful experience...would strongly consider returning.

When leaving the property it was a real pain to get the lock to open and close. Also we didn’t get to use the passes only one day. I think that you shouldn’t have to pay an extra fee. It’s not the visitor fault that the activities are closed. The beach at the point should not be advertised as a beach. Barely enough room fir a beach chair. And the water was dirty. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

Lots of space with three showers! Screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee.

I rented this home for myself, my two adult children and their families. Each family took one of the masters and I was left with the kids room, bottom bunk. That bed was hard! Other than that, the house fit our needs. My 3 yo granddaughter said, “This house is so pretty.” The air wasn’t working and the manager sent a team over within an hour. They found a more or less serious issue, but even that was resolved the same day with little interruption to our plans.
