Bayside Resort condo with pools, saunas, athletic courts, on-site golf, and pier

The host was welcoming and the amenities were nice

We had a wonderful stay. The house was fantastic. Most guests enjoyed the beds, except for the twin beds, which were not particularly comfortable. Overall, the furniture was great and the fireplace was a wonderful place to relax in front of. However, the property could benefit from some minor updates. The wall leading upstairs needs to be repainted due to noticeable marks and scuffs. The pictures in the kitchen were slightly crooked, which was playing on my OCD. Check-in was effortless, but the 10-digit entry code was inconvenient. The driveway, combined with the neighbor's overgrown bush, caused difficulties for some passengers when entering and exiting the vehicle. Unfortunately, communication was solely handled by a company, rather than the host. When I contacted the host regarding an email about a late checkout, they were unhelpful, directing me to contact the company via email, which was the original issue I was trying to resolve. While I could have called the company, I preferred to communicate directly with the host, which is my personal preference. Overall great stay would recommend.

The property was clean and welcoming. Check in is easy, and early check in was offered. Check out was also very easy. One bathroom didn't have hand soap, and another bathroom had toilet paper in the toilet when we arrived which was a little gross. Overall it served what we needed and was a good place to stay.

Found the home with dirty sheets (dog hair everywhere on “clean” sheets, broken dishwasher and hair dryer, dirty dishes and utensils, terrible beds (especially the king with sunken in beds that one had to climb out of). The couch also smelled terrible. Vacasa replaced the broken hairdryer late afternoon of Day 3 after being reported the morning of Day 2 that we found it not functional. Vacasa sent a technician out to look at the dishwasher who determined it to be fixable and took care of a non draini ng bath tub (bathroom 2). He pulled out tons and tons of hair and the was shocked that no one reported it earlier. The reviews don’t make sense. The house has potential and the Bayside resort is great. Vacasa not to much. When I contacted them about the dirty dishes and broken dishwasher, they asked for pictures as proof. We will not to returning to this house!

We have come to the Bethany / Fenwick area for years and this rental was the nicest by far. Comfortable and well designed with great amenities. Looking forward to coming back.

The house was perfect, family time at the beach was exactly what we wanted. Golf and pools were good too. Also liked the point.

This is a beautiful house. Only can park three vehicles. Has everything you need. It’s a little away from stores and the beach, but that has its pluses. Highly recommend!

The house was just like the pictures. Check in was very easy, as you just get a code and can go straight to the house. The house was close to the beaches and tourist attractions. They had stocked soap, paper products, garbage bags and laundry tabs. The only disappointing thing was no propane for the grill but overall we would recommend this house for vacation.

The house was better than the photos provided! Very Clean & spacious! We cant wait until we are able to visit again! The entire Bayside Resort Community was top notch and helped make our family vacation extraordinary! 10/10!!

Love the location and amenities!

The home was very pretty. Everything looked new and had very nice beach decor. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Our grandchildren loved the pools! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful time!

We had a great experience. The unit exceeded our expectations based on its size, its tasteful furniture/decor, its well-stocked amenities and its cleanliness. We would stay here again.
