Bayside Resort brand-new home with patio, WiFi, & W/D

The home is lovely in terms of decor and has plenty of space for families! Had most of the items we needed in the kitchen and soap/shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. Really only needed to buy hand soap and paper towels. Mattresses were not the most comfortable at least not for us and the upstairs sofa wasn’t too comfy either. Didn’t really use the back patio…the chair cushions need replaced and covers in general for the maintenance of the chairs would be helpful. But overall it was a great house within an awesome community. Quiet nice location! We love Bayside!

Three married couples plus an adult son stayed here for a wedding weekend. The adult son was in the wedding party and could NOT even get a one hour early check-in to shower and dress. House was very clean and spacious but plan on going shopping for all of your essentials when you get here. That was VERY disappointing. You will need to purchase shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, paper towels toilet paper, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, garbage bags and laundry detergent!!!!! ALL of the basics. Thus, other than having to find a store to go shopping we had an enjoyable time. Note that there was no fire pit as stated online. The ac in the house worked well and the area was nice. We did not use the pool table. There was a golf putt mat and putter, but no golf ball. We did not spend additional money to use the facilities, nor did we even see where they were located. Plan on spending an extra half hour to locate where you need to dispose of the trash upon leaving. All in all, it was a great stay, but the owners do need to step up their game.

This house has everything you’ll need for an escape from a busy lifestyle. The neighborhood is great for walking.

The house was beautiful and tastefully decorated. It was located in a quiet area of the resort. Plenty of room for 3 families! We had a wonderful time!

Lovely home, well stocked kitchen, wonderful showers, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Really enjoyed the pool table. Quick, easy drive to several beaches and other attractions. Great location, very nice area overall.

I hosted my female family members at this home as a girls weekend getaway. They had not experienced a bayside home stay before. I’ve stayed with Vacasa previously and expected excellence. The home was spacious, clean and had all the luxury of home away from home - toys, w/d, d/w, well equipped kitchen, linen, entertainment friendly lounge area, games and the outdoor space was grand - ponds, deer, adorable bunny rabbits with manicured landscaping. The community was serene - peaceful. My (6) year old granddaughter had a ball! The bedrooms were fun and elegantly decorated. My mother tremendously enjoyed the view. All the neighbors were super nice. We are looking forward to returning.

Perfect rooms, modern decoration, amazing appliances, gas stove, amazing oven, silverware, outside BBQ, TVs screens galore, plenty of hot water and pressure, comfortables beds in every room, amenities, best rental so far in this area. We will rent this one again for sure!

Big. Kitchen was nice to sit around. Nice big high chairs to sit on. Couch was very low Not a terrible property
