Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house amenities and furnishing are gorgeous! The location and view are wonderful! Family huge Ohio State fans, so the the mural was admired by all! We had a few maintenance issues like the front door and upstairs bedroom knobs falling off, but they sent someone over to fix right away. Half of the grill didn't work and then the ice maker was turned off when we were there. We didn't notice it was turned off till we needed the ice, which was a bummer. I believe it was turned off because the filter was at 2% and warning it needed to be changed. It was a great vacation! There were just some maintenance issues that were unfortunate.

Lots of issues from not enough beds as advertised, pool heating not working , not enough cups, spoons , wine glasses etc etc . 2 TV’s not working. Beach Time Rentals the house managers mainly responsible for causing and solving the problems have now ghosted me about a refund.

We had some minor difficulties with the AV system but Joanie and Jenn were there within minutes to straighten us out.

We had a surprise engagement party for our son and is fiancee. This was the PERFECT setting! Joanie and VRBO did an outstanding job from step one, until the end. There is NOTHING negative to say about this experience. DO NOT hesitate to stay here!

One change I would suggest is putting a larger bed in the 4th bedroom to accommodate at least a couple. Perhaps this only applies to us but for that size house my only issue was where to put married couples. Truly had a wonderful visit.

Four of us stayed in the house (grandmother - age 74, daughter - age 40, me – age 61 and grandson – age 3). My friends live in Florida and I flew down from NY. I loaded everyone in the car and off we went, sight unseen to our adventure. I was a bit nervous because I had never actually seen the house and wanted things to be perfect. PERFECT it was. The house was beautiful, the view was spectacular, the location is residential, safe and secure. This isn't a party house that is next to a bars and hotels - this is an upscale family house that is quiet. The beach is truly two blocks away if you like sand, water and sun. I stayed at the house most of the time with no desire to leave. We had rain for four of the days but it was no problem, even for a 3-year old. There was enough to experience. The house is fully equipped with TV’s, and games. There is a 2nd floor room that is great for kids. Lots of outside seating and a full laundry room which I kept busy with wet towels with all the rain. The property and the house are just as the photos reveal – even better. If you are looking for an exceptional experience to get away - look no further. This is the place for you.

Walking distance to the beach, but our kids primarily enjoyed the heated pool. We had six travelers, but the house easily could have accommodated two families with plenty of room. We would absolutely stay again.
