Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and the location excellent for easy access to bay and beach. A couple of eateries within walking distance.

The house is walking distance to the beach and cove. The beach chairs and umbrella provided was an added benefit. The house was clean and the beds comfy. We had no issues during our stay.

This house was perfect for a little drop in to see family. My two little Spolied dogs loved it.

The home is beautifully decorated with a beach theme and in good condition. The beds and pillows were comfortable . The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and utensils and anything you would need forCooking and grilling They have whole coffee beans and raw sugar with a coffee grinder so you can have fresh coffee every morning. The management was excellent and got back to us right away. We were steps to the bay and a 3 minute walk to mission beach . We would definitely book this place again .

Two bedroom, one bath house with a great backyard within walking distance to beach and lots of shops. Neighborhood is very quiet considering it is just a few blocks away from Mission Blvd. In the early morning you can actually hear the waves crash from the backyard. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and i had a great stay at this property. The place was clean. The manager was very receptive and came and fixed an issue we had the same day upon request. The beach is so close even my 3 year old could walk there without difficulty. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Unit was in a good location for what we needed. Unit had a very strong musty smell. Kitchen not cleaned well. Listing did not specify if shower products weee available. I asked before arrival and they said yes, upon arrival we then saw they only offer for 1st night. Vacuum did not work. Unit should have instructions on how to use heating system and other appliances.

This corner unit is lovely. It advertises as having AC, but it is locked at the owner’s discretion. Management gave off conflicting messaging & service: initially all concerns were addressed with apathy, then ultimately resolved. A broken bed was met with “these things happen”, empty propane tanks was addressed with, “it’s a holiday weekend, I’ll see if I can find someone”. A club (fitness center & lap pool) is initially offered, with a final sentence of “owner may no longer be a member”, as was our situation. The unit was superficially clean, but the (bed) comforters were soiled, the Keurig clogged, the Barbeque a grease-pit, the dryer duct clogged with lint, the washer with mold, the garbage disposal unusable. The 24hr service was responsive. The neighboring hotel partnership was nice and the beach personnel friendly & helpful. For the money, not the value we expected.

We liked the house and the layout. It was perfect for our family. We also liked that a pack n play was available for use as well as beach toys and chairs. We also liked and used the laundry pods, dishwashing pods, and other cleaning supplies that were available for use inside the home. We liked the fenced in area and outside space. The house was pretty clean although the floors could have used a good mopping. We requested a swifter to clean the floors and asked for someone to come assist with a television that would not connect to the internet. We were told that someone would come but no one showed up even after several days. It’s great that a parking spot is included with the unit and it has very easy access to both the bay and the ocean. Good location.

The house is cozy and in a great location. We had some problems because the TV didn’t work, the AC was doing a horrible noise and we couldn’t sleep, the AC in the living room didn’t work. We wrote the manager who said was going to send someone to fix it, they never showed up. We complained again and nothing happened. When we left, we forgot one charger, it took them a week to write us back saying the team didnt find anything at the house, which was clearly a lie.

Great property, beach vibes and very large rooms. Parking was easy and close distance to beaches. Area was safe. Great for families.

We visit San Diego once a year and every year we try and get closer to the beach. This place was perfect. We didn’t use our rental car at all we walked everywhere we needed to go. Spent one day on the bayside and the other day at mission beach. Walked to local market for some groceries and checked out a few local coffee shops. Easy walk to Belmont park. Great playgrounds nearby also. We hope to come back again.
