Bayshore Paradise - Waterfront home - Walk to Beach W/Game room!

We rented this house as a reunion destination for adults and children. The house was comfortable, well appointed and well stocked. The game room and kayaks were a highlight for our family. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy distance to walk to the beach. The house provided all things necessary to cook great meals and enjoy time outside. The outdoor patio was our favorite spot for coffee on the water. Sarah the host was accommodating and responded promptly to questions. Highly recommend this property and we hope to visit again!

Extremely comfortable house with every amenity you might possibly need. Charming little neighborhood. Easy walk to a beautiful beach. Perfect getaway!

Wonderful house for a family gathering with our adult children. The house is beautiful. The beach is close and we walked down every night for sunset. We spotted Dolphins from the dock and kayaked to a nearby bird island sanctuary. The house was so clean it felt like my own home. The kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils. Sarah was a wonderful host and always available to answer any questions.

Wonderful home and location for our ladies weekend. Six of us stayed and had a great time. Plenty of space for our crew. The home is very clean. The wide open kitchen/living area was fantastic for socializing. Communicating with the owner was easy with very quick responses. The location on the water was fun for kayaking in the provided kayaks and an easy walk to the beach too. We'd definitely book this home again!

This place was amazing. Great location. We brought our boat and spent most of our time on the inner coastal. The owner was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. The house had everything we needed and more.

The host went the extra mile to make it a great experience. Every detail of the home was outstanding, from the furniture to the utensils, all was better than expected. The home was extra clean and extremely well organized. The outside area adjacent to the water was wonderful for family get-togethers with and an outstanding view and outside bar with adequate seating for a family group. The location to the beach was a short walk and well worth it. Bottom line is that the home is outstanding, and the location is perfect. We would definitely book this property again. Of course, we love Indian Rocks Beach.

This home is just stunning but still so comfortable and welcoming! The view from the kitchen/family room is awesome, and the outdoor area is wonderful! Everything was so clean, with newer appliances and everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. The owner touched base upon our arrival as well as after our departure, and was ready to help in any way needed. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors we met were friendly and helpful as well. It takes a little over 5 minutes to walk to the beach, but the house is worth the walk, and there's a little bit of parking at the beach access if you don't want to walk that far. The welcome basket of goodies was such a nice treat also! We've stayed at several VRBO locations the past few years, and this is one of the best, if not THE best, that we've found! You won't be disappointed!

The home is perfectly appointed as shown in the description and the listing photos. The craftsmanship of the newly renovated home were of top quality. The furnishings were new, fun and gleamingly clean! The garage held perfectly chosen items for all ages and activities. We enjoyed the kayak, the beach wagon and the bike. Short walk to the beach w private access on 12th Ave. Sarah and Boris responded promptly when we asked for beach towels and when we chose to extend our stay for 3 more days! We'd like to stay here again sometime. The location between the two best restaurants on the beach (Guppy's & Crabby Bill's Origianal) were another bonus!
