    Great general unit but needs owner needs to rethink some of the issues.There should be instructions for the Hot tub....took us over 24 hrs. to figure out how to warm up. so lost a day using it.also need to have some extra supplies so that we could have kept up with our own mess----more than one garbage bag, laundrey detergent so that we could have put in the sheets/towels before we left.MB fan-----knocking-very uncomfortable using the facilitiy with the loud knocking which everyone in the unit could hear.Instructions on the use of the TV. remember there are some of us who stay who are older and need some insight.A 3 ring binder with all of these issues discussed would be helpful---also local restaurants, places of interests would have been helpful. Luckily, My Jungle Gardens was the reason we were visiting.We had a great time. The unit was clean, we ate out so the kitchen was more than useful.Thank you, Mary Beth Moss-Super Nana

    We had a wonderful Christmas holiday stay. Property was newly renovated, well equipped and in a nice neighborhood. The hot tub was in a lovely fenced in back yard, with twinkle lights and overhead lighting as well. The property owner Eric was so helpful and wonderful to us. The boat dock is around the corner from home but, he took time to take us and show us parking and where to dock the boat. Would highly recommend this property and owner.

    Our daughter got married at the Powel Crosley and this was a perfect spot to stay. Very clean, inside completely remodeled. There were 5 adults and we were all very comfortable.

    My wife and i live in the neighborhood and rented this for my son and his family to visit. The house was clean and ready and exactly as expected. We spent most of our time in the awesome backyard. Thanks forna great experience!

    Needed somewhere close to my parents and that allowed dogs. This property fit the bill. Easy check in, just check in, great communication with owner. Nicely remodeled Two things though, no overhead fans in bedrooms and the master bedroom can get a little warm. the second is even though it is a fenced in yard for the dogs, the fence and the ground do not meet in some places, just due the grading of the property. so if you have a smaller pup you will have to keep them on a leash as they can get out under the fence.
