We were pleasantly surprised with some extras like beach chairs and a crab trap. Lovely sitting outside in the evening looking across to the town of Chincoteague.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location to stay at. We could sit out on the balcony in the evenings and listen to music across the channel and watch the activities going on in town. The place is clean and organized with plenty of amenities added. The only downside is if you want to dock a boat it is extremely shallow exposing a sandbar at low tide.
