Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 1st time we have stayed across the bridge for our beach trip and it was in a good location. Not too far from the bridge and very close to the Publix and NHM. It was also nice that there was a car wash close that we could vacuum up the sand in the car before we packed up. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there were friendly people walking their dogs or riding bikes, we felt very safe. There was not a lot of “beach” items like you would normally find at the houses on the water (there were a few things...a boogie board and a few chairs) but that was not a problem, we had either brought them or went and got them. We did leave a shell scoop(or a sand flea scoop) bc we couldn’t fit it in the car for the trip home. The house was big enough for our group and had a nice room for the kids to play. There are no TVs in the 2 queen and bunk room ,so if you need noise at night or fall asleep with one, plan accordingly. My SIL/BIL had their laptop. Everyone loved the pool and the sitting area outside. If we decide to stay on this side of the bridge again we would definitely come back to this house.

This was our second time staying here. It’s perfect for our once a year get together with kids and grandkids.

Really enjoyed this property, which is family and dog-friendly. The heated pool was incredible for the week that we were there in early April, which included some chilly evenings. We really enjoyed the multiple seating / living areas--everyone had enough room to spread out. The neighborhood is quiet and flat, great for long walks, and the drive to Navarre Beach is a breeze. Would definitely recommend for families young and old with pets!

Beautiful home that is well maintained. We loved our stay and the pool!

House was excellent and in a really nice neighborhood. Pet friendly, the fenced area outside of the pool is very large and free of mess. We enjoyed many of the local attractions and had a great stay.

Kitchen was well equipped. Living spaces worked well for us. Beds were soft for us, but that’s our personal preference. Pool was superb… hard to keep the grands out of it… they had a blast. Communication with rental company was great-very prompt. If we ever plan to vacation here again we would definitely come here again.

Enjoyed the pool and the house was nice. Enjoyed ping pong with my kids as well. Close to the beach.

A lawn crew did show up at 6am to mow and weedeat and woke all the kids up. We were only given a couple rolls of toilet paper so we had to go buy some the second day. The house was pretty clean. The beds were comfortable. All in all I would recommend this place and would book it again.

Our only complaint, if you can really call it that, was that it would have been nice if the master bathroom had a larger shower and if the toilets were upgraded. Having family members that aren’t springs chickens anymore, the small, low toilets were uncomfortable for them. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Very clean, comfortable and beautiful home! Loved how close it was to attractions and just a short drive to the beach, but privately located in a safe neighborhood. Loved the heated pool with cooler spring weather during our stay. Very nice home setup with new appliances and plenty of room for our family.

Lol, but not an issue of hearing them in the house, it was very quiet. A few small dead roaches but the owner had just sprayed. Also master bathroom toilet overflowed as it is easily clogged, but the owner quickly came over to cleaned thoroughly. All in all this is a very nice, clean house with a screened in, heated pool!! Highly recommended!! Thank you!!

The house worked out great for us. There was plenty of space to play inside and out and the pool was a perfect addition.
