There are units above. * An early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.* All stays over 31 nights may be subject to additional fees, which may not be reflected in the balance but will be outlined in the rental terms and conditions. * Monthly stays are for one familial unit staying the entire time and cannot be broken up amongst groups.* An AC surcharge will be imposed depending upon weather and season.* Rental comprises the ground floor unit and private bayfront patio.* Parking can be a tight fit anywhere in the area for larger trucks or SUV's. If the unit has a garage or carport, we recommend backing in for the best results. Additional parking can be found on public streets/lots. 24-hour parking is not allowed in most public lots please adhere to posted parking limitations to avoid ticketing and/or towing.
