The location is wonderful. We had a beautiful view of the bay and could walk to the beach in minutes. The house is well organized and had everything we needed. Thank you!

Property is in an excellent location, especially if you have children as the water is calm. The home feels spacious, and there are Three nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Patio is a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the outdoors and be able to be in the shade the majority of the day. We did arrive to a broken washing machine and terrible smell, but the host warned us before we arrived that they were working to fix it, and it was done the following day as expected. This home could use a deep cleaning and a good paint job, but it’s easier to overlook it because it such a great location!Oh and we were able to have front row seats to the fireworks from Sea World from the patio every night! We enjoyed that, but if someone is sensitive to that type of noise it might be troublesome.

This house was in a great location for all ages!! With the Bay in front and the ocean 2 blocks away it’s a perfect place to relax and be active at any age! We had a wonderful time! The home had everything we needed! Communication was great! 5 stars for sure!

Truly enjoyed the stay, the condo was in a great location with easy access to the beach and walking distance to activities, shops, and restaurants. Enjoyed being on the bayside, less windy and crowds - but then a quick five minute walk to the ocean side beaches. The condo was updated, clean, and comfortable. Enjoyed the views, quiet mornings, and people watching. Easy access to trails for those that like to run, walk, rollerblade, bike. Will definitely come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming property, and I wanted to share my experience. First off, the view from this place is absolutely stunning! Waking up to such a lovely sight was a highlight of my stay. Plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets felt so soft—definitely a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice a couple of minor issues during my visit. The property has an older building vibe, which gave it some character but also came with a bit of an old smell. Additionally, the walls are quite thin, so there were times when noise from neighboring units and planes flying overhead made it a bit challenging to relax. 10 am is also quite an early check out time. Lastly, it would be great if the washer and dryer were given a good cleaning, as it could make a big difference for future guests. Overall, if you’re looking for a cozy place to stay with a fantastic view and comfortable accommodations, this spot is a great choice! Just be prepared for some noise and some quirks of an older building. Happy travels!

What a wonderful place, the best views. We would definitely stay here again. This place was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Perfect location with so much to do.

The stay was great. Location is close enough to walk to the beach or just step outside the gate and you are on the Bay. Parking is tight but it did fit a full size suv. It is covered so I don’t suggest carrying anything on top of suv (car rooftop cargo carrier). Beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. Will visit again.

We loved staying here with 3 young boys/babies and our dog. Great location with the very kid friendly beach (Mission Bay) right out front. Nice playground close by and beautiful walking/biking paths. The bedrooms are very spacious and nice to have the patio space. Great view of Seaworld fireworks every night!

Our family had a great and relaxing vacation

We had such a great stay. It was so peaceful and just an absolutely stunning view. My girls loved sharing the room with two beds and were excited about their own bathroom. We all kept commented on how comfortable it was. The furniture, the linens and beds. Great kitchen too. Well stocked and in a thoughtful way. The beach access off the back patio was a nice bonus and easy parking with the car port. We went down to Belmont Park one night for dinner and rides and it was great being 2 minutes away. We'll definitely be trying to stay here again.

This was a great property, amazing location, right on the bay. Super affordable and very well thought out. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend if you can find some availability! Hot spot!
