Stayed Aug 3, 2025The house was perfect for our family gathering of 13. The grounds and amenities kept everyone busy when they weren't off sight seeing. The kitchen was the best furnished of any VRBO I've stayed in. Great for our cooking in. Karen, the property manager, was a joy to work with and very responsive.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025Our large family loved staying at the Bainbridge Island Retreat. It had plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the big kitchen for family meals. We also loved all the paddle boards, canoeing, and kayaking. We had pickle ball tournaments in the evening. It was a great family vacation!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Three generation of our family enjoyed a wonderful week in this thoughtfully appointed home on Bainbridge Island. The property owner, Karen, was very helpful and made sure that everything was set for our stay. The pool table and rec room was a great bonus, as well as the pickle ball court and multiple gathering spots throughout the beautiful property. We saw bald eagles and other wildlife from the dock and appreciated the canoes, paddle boards and life jackets for the little ones. It was unclear to me when we booked the home exactly what the set up was for the bedrooms: The guest cabin has a full kitchen and laundry area plus living area and bath on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the second floor - one has a queen bed and one has three single beds. In the main house there is one upstairs bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bath, two bedrooms downstairs with a shared bath ( one King and one Queen), a tv room that was a cool clubhouse for the little kids, a bedroom off the kitchen that has a glass door into the kitchen and another queen bed in an alcove with a bathroom nearby. The alcove bed and the bedroom near the kitchen do not offer much privacy but we were happy to have the extra spots. The kitchen is well equipped and there were two charcoal grills we were able to use outside. Also, two outdoor wood burning firepits where we were able to make s’mores and watch the sun go down. All in all one of our best family trips ever! Thank you!

Stayed May 16, 2025We booked this house for Family to stay when our daughter got married on Bainbridge. It was a great property for a lot of people to stay at once near the wedding venue.
