The place was wonderful. Amanda has thought of everything. She sent us instructions on how things in the house work, which was very helpful.The house is beautiful!We were all able to spread out throughout the house, so we were not on top of each other.Thank you for opening up your home to us.

This home is absolutely dreamy!!Stunning in every way! We stayed here with two other families and it had something for everyone! We loved having the pool table and ping pong table for entertainment. The pool and spa were great as well and the view is beautiful!!This was our first time to Bonita Springs and it’s a beautiful little beach town . Would absolutely stay again!!!

This home made for an amazing family vacation. It was so well appointed in every way. So spacious. Large, clean and comfortable - bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining, etc. The lanai, with auto-screens, was perfect for family time, sunsets, and every meal. The pool area was beautiful, private, and very clean. The use of the garage, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. made for easy trips to beach access at the front of McLaughlin Blvd. Bonita Beach doesn’t have much to do in the town itself, but an easy drive to Naples and Bonita Springs. Amanda quickly responded to any questions. We loved our stay and look forward to our next. -Mike H.

The second property I have rented from this host always as described. They definitely live up to the name of premium host. Everything is super clean.

We took my son and 4 of his friends for a beach vacation for their high school graduation. The house was perfect. They had the whole top floor to themselves which gave them plenty of privacy. They rode bikes to the beach everyday and enjoyed the pool and game room at night. I have rented a lot of houses through the years and this was the best stocked by far. Would definitely book again.

We had a great time staying in Bonita Springs at this property. Amanda was super responsive and has thought about everything. From beach toys to shampoo it’s all part of the experience. If you are looking for a very comfortable place for a large group this is perfect.

We have loved this area of Bonita for a long time, and this was our first time renting a home there- Amanda made our experience fantastic. We loved the accommodations, pool, outdoor kitchen and living spaces so much. The bathrooms were unbelievable and having two washers and dryers made life with 4 kids under 12 a lot easier

This is a lovely home on a quiet street close to the beach. It is situated on the water enabling guests to enjoy a beautiful view and to take advantage of kayaking opportunities. The kitchen is well equipped as are towels, beach chairs and pool supplies. The property manager was cooperative and responded to every communication and checked in daily to see if we needed anything.

Our group of ten had a fantastic stay. House is spectacular with great amenities. Two very large master bedrooms. Several comfortable areas in the house to play games, do puzzles or just relax. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach, which is a big plus given limited beach parking. Large pool with a west view making for beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend this property.

It’s an incredible home with a gorgeous pool. It has a great location that is close to the beach. The amenities are above and beyond a typical VRBO. We had a great relaxing vacation.

This property is gorgeous, spacious and has complete amenities. I definitely plan to come back and highly recommend! It was the perfect setup for two large families and easy access to beach and local communities. On property pool was great and my favorite was the screened in porch with retractable doors to family room. Gorgeous! Host was a fantastic communicator and offered tons of tips and great instructions.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning vacation rental next to the bay, that exceeded all our family’s expectations. As a parent, I often find it challenging to strike the right balance between relaxation and entertaining the kids, but this property delivered on both fronts. The rental is ideally situated on the bay providing breathtaking views right from the patios. What truly sets this property apart are the thoughtful amenities designed with families in mind. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a complete adventure set-up: paddleboards, bikes and beach chairs, umbrella and toys were all provided for our use! Additionally, the backyard featured a swimming pool and hot-tub, seating area with TV, all of which kept the kids happily entertained. Their game room amenity’s were another standout feature; board games, a pool table, foosball and even retro video game console. Even on rainy days, the kids had plenty of exciting options to keep themselves busy. The house itself was incredibly spacious, with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring everyone had their own space. The open-concept living area was perfect for family movie night, equipped with a large screen and a cozy sofa and chairs. A fully stocked kitchen made meal prep easy, and the outdoor grilling area encouraged family barbecues with a view. Overall, the rental is a gem and we highly recommend!
