WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
You and your family are going to love having a huge townhome to yourselves. Our home is a 3-story walk-up right on the bay where you'll have an amazing view of the sunset and bridge. On the ground floor of our home are two guest rooms with a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom, washer and dryer, and bayfront balcony. Our 2nd floor is home to our kitchen, open-floor dining and living rooms, and balcony with a bay view and grill. Our 3rd floor is our grand primary bedroom suite with full bathroom and private balcony over the bay. The VIPs in your group are going to love having the top floor all to themselves. When you see the South Padre Island sunset over the bay, you'll want to come back year after year for your annual vacation.

The gated community is a mere two blocks from the beautiful South Padre Island beach. Parking is easily accessible and Tortuga Bay also has some great outdoor amenities. There is a beautiful, bayfront, gradual-entry pool with seating. Bonus: Tortuga Bay has outdoor restrooms by the pool for your convenience. Are you looking to do some fishing while on the island A boat slip is assigned, and you'll have your own personal spot. There is also a fish cleaning station by the water for you and your fisher-family.

Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

    Family of 4- mom, dad and 2 adult sons. Great location. Wonderful time at SPI and this condo took it to a top-level vacation. Description was accurate, check-in and check-out was easy and the condo was clean and very comfortable. Location allowed for an easy 3-block walk to the beach. Parking spot was right in front of the condo. We hope to be back And will stay here again. Thanks!!

    Our family of 5 really enjoyed our time at this rental. It's a great layout for families with teens and older kids. Parents have a private place up top with the kids rooms down on the bottom. Great sitting space and kitchen in-between for everyone to gather. Views are great from all three levels. The place is easy to find and centrally located to much of the action in SPI. The pool and hot tub area are very nice and lightly used (we stayed in November, so could be due to the weather). We even managed to catch a few fish from the dock. Would definitely stay here again. The only inconvenience is the trip to the property management office to pick up the keys on the way in and drop off on the way out. Maybe they will get a keyless system soon??

    Very clean and modern townhouse in a convenient location. Great view of the bay. Well insulated, could absolutely not hear neighboring units. Very quick check-in and were very prompt in checking a maintenance issue. Very enjoyable stay.
