The Baybreeze is a three Bedroom, Two Bath Bayfront Home that sleeps 6 adults and up to 2 children. Incredible bay views, waterfront private patio with dining seating, gas BBQ, cable TV, Wi-Fi, central A/C, garage and driveway parking, and beach cruisers. Home is handicapped `friendly`.

The Baybreeze is like chips and salsa with the perfect margarita on a warm summer day. This 3 bd/2.25 ba beach house exudes fun with its colorful style and open floorplan with what is arguably one of the most beautiful bay views in all of Mission Beach with white sand and blue water out front and then the little unexpected surprise of bright, light city views in the back.

Enjoy your days lounging on the large wrap-around, water front deck with lots of patio seating, or take a 2-block stroll and hang out on the ocean front or another block to Belmont Park. The gas BBQ on the deck lets you get your grill on while enjoying the view and is still close enough to the kitchen to refill your drink without burning the burgers.

Not in a grilling mood The kitchen has all top end appliances, ice maker in the fridge, gas stove top, built-in microwave, service for 8 and seating for 8. After dinner, sink in to the cushy furniture in the living room and enjoy cable TV or check your apps with the Wi-Fi.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, bedroom two has a Queen bed, and bedroom three has bunk bed with full size and twin size bed. Both full baths are custom tiled with walk-in showers and one of them separates to create 2 baths with 2 entrances.

A full size washer and dryer makes it easy to clean the swimsuits at the end of the day, just be sure to rinse off any sand in the outdoor shower first so you don’t get sand in the rest of the clothes you wash. And, for those who don’t want to do laundry on vacation (because, really, who does ) the car is close by in the single car driveway or garage complete with a ramp leading to it so you can just wheel those clothes to the car at the end of your stay.

From hot dog stands to fine dining eateries, hot night clubs to street performers, expect to find all kinds of free-spirited beach goers in a fun atmosphere along the sandy shores.

Public transportation is not abundant or super convenient in the San Diego beach areas.

    This is an outstanding home right on the Bay Walk and the beach. It has lovely furnushings with comfortable seating and beds. Our family of 5 from ages 8 to 86 enjoyed the view and convenience of its location on the bay. The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking utensils, pots and pans and dishes. The PSG team is outstanding. We've rented 4 homes in Mission beach, and this is the best. thevba
