Bayberry Woods home close to Bethany Beach with pool & private washer/dryer

Enjoyed our weekend stay here - home was charming, clean, and tidy. The amenities were very nice. Conveniently located a short drive from the beach. Appreciated the option for late checkout

This was a wonderful stay for our family including 3 adults and 3 teens. The beds and furniture were comfortable and there was lots of light, lovely decorations, and plenty of space for everyone. We were there during a heat wave and the house remained cool. The pool across the way was very convenient, clean and relaxing. We appreciated the Roku TV with options to sign on, family games available, and amble plates/ kitchen utensils and appliances. The location was walking distance to a Wawa, Grottos and other great restaurants and an easy walk or drive to the Bethany Boardwalk. There was plenty of parking in front of the house and we were able to use the residential parking pass for the beach. Would enthusiastically recommend.

Close to the beach, a great pool, easy access to local restaurants and the Bethany Beach Shuttle.

House was okay. Was stocked. AC was iffy. Main bedroom was either hot or freezing. Did not explain parking. Provided a residential parking placard but did not explain it. Took 2 days to understand how to use it. I even called and no one could answer my questions. Community pool was nice.

This is a great house. Well furnished with everything you need. Very clean. Nice furniture . I know from experience that you have to bring your own toiletries, kitchen supplies such as soap, paper towels, napkins etc. while I don't expect the homeowner to supply this stuff it was nice to see that this home had it so if you forgot something it was there till you were able to get to the store. They ask that if you use it, replace before you leave for the next guest. Great idea! Then no one has to make a trip to the store right away. Everything about it was great. Had a wonderful vacation. Hope to get this place again next year!

This is a perfect house for families with young children. It is in a quiet neighborhood about a mile or so from the center of Bethany Beach. The house is stocked with books, puzzles, and games for all ages. The kitchen is very well equipped. The rooms are comfortable.

The house featured ample space and seating for our party of 5 adults plus small kids! Our favorite touches were the lovely mural and abundance of sidewalk chalk, puzzles, books and magazines for all ages. Plus the corner unit meant lots of light in the upstairs bedrooms. Plenty of tools for everything we needed in the kitchen (including a high chair and booster seat). We loved having both a toaster, toaster oven and blender to make breakfasts. The W/D upstairs worked great (though we recommend not running the W while using the shower!). The screened back porch was great for morning yoga and the front had two chairs for quiet cup of coffee. We easily fit our vehicles double-parked in the shady space out front, plus there was visitor parking very, very close. Having a pool and the tennis courts were a huge plus! It was convenient to drop off our recycling as we left the complex each morning, and we liked having the trash bins even closer. We drove to the beach and found parking in a beach lot everyday between 9-10am with our residential tag, no issue. We found it was too far to talk with little kids, but very easy 20-min. stroll for able-bodied adults to manage on a sidewalk just straight down Garfield Ave.

This is a very family friendly home filled with books and games to please everyone in the family! The home is well kept and was comfortable for our 2 family vacation (4 adults, 3 kids). The location was about a 2 minute drive from the beach and they offered a resident pass for easy parking. Only drawbacks were that the home did not have a gas grill or outdoor shower. The traffic down Garfield to the beach during the day makes the ride a few minutes longer than other locations but still had quick access. The community pool was great and conveniently located but the water was a bit cloudy our whole stay. It was our first time staying at Bethany Woods and would consider it again!

This property was great. Updated 1st floor and screened in porch was great. Great location. Not a far walk to the beach. Only down side was the small size of the TVs.
