Bayberry House Luxury, Modern, Steps to the Beach

The house was beautiful, immaculate and steps away from the beach. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Great place for multigenerational vacation. Can’t say enough good things about the home and management team.

The property was as advertised, easy beach access, great pool, hot tub and ping pong table. Easily accommodated our crew. I would definitely recommend this property for a multigenerational family gathering.

The house was beautiful and spacious and comfortably slept our very large group. The location was great - super close short walk to the beach and also very close to Chick’s Oyster Bar. The management company was extremely communicative. They let us know about a hot tub issue and when it was not able to be fixed during the stay they gave us a generous refund for that amenity not being available. The pool was amazing and they had beach chairs and towels available.

Amazing property. Everything was made available from beach towels and pool noodles to cocktail shakers. The home is stunning, comfortable and perfectly located. Property management was easy to communicate with and the house was clean and ready when we arrived. It felt like home.

The house is so awesome: - So, so close to the beach (3 minute walk) - The beach is not crowded (for some reason!) - The house is huge and feels light and airy - Everything was completely clean - TVs everywhere - Ceiling fans everywhere - Kitchen is well-equipped (two dishwashers!) - Bar is well-equipped - Espresso machine + French press + drip coffee maker - The pantry is enormous - Ping pong table - Swimming pool - Jacuzzi (but wasn’t working) With some *really* nice touches: - The pantry was stocked with lots of basics (sugar, coffee, spices, paper plates) and even had quite a few snacks for us (Kind bars, etc)! - Loads of beach chairs provided - Loads of beach towels provided - Pool toys provided - Ping pong table had plenty of paddles and balls - Every bathroom had extra toilet paper - Bar fridge had a few Pellegrinos left for us - Laundry detergent and even softener provided - Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided Christie was incredibly responsive. Always heard back immediately and frequently until whatever problem we were having was resolved. The only one really big disappointment was that the jacuzzi didn't work for our entire four day stay. Pretty significant loss as it's one of the reasons we chose the house, but Transcendent did give us a fair discount for it, and that made us feel like they really cared and were doing everything they could.

Everything about this property is top notch. Lovely location. Great communication. Will definitely be back!
