The living room offers plush seating and a 60-inch TV with Samsung TV and streaming apps, creating the perfect spot for cozy evenings after a day exploring the shore.

A comfortable queen-size bed and closet storage provide a relaxing space for two guests.

Perfect for children or additional guests, this room features two twin beds with a trundle, sleeping up to three guests.

The beach box containing the beach supplies listed above is located underneath the home, directly beneath the stairs, for your convenience.

### 🚗 PARKING

The driveway accommodates **two midsize vehicles parked side by side**. Please note that the driveway is narrow.

Free off-street parking is available, and we kindly ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors. Please do not block access to neighboring homes, driveways, or mailboxes.

### 🐾 PET FRIENDLY

Your four-legged family members are welcome at High Tide Hideaway! We happily accommodate **up to two well-trained pets for an additional fee**.

We ask that all pets are cared for responsibly and that guests help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for everyone.

**Rental Policies – Know Before You Book** We believe in transparency to ensure your vacation experience aligns with our home’s expectations. Our rental is perfect for families and responsible groups looking for a relaxing getaway—but it is not suitable for large parties or events which violate local rental ordinances. Please review our policies carefully before booking to ensure our home is the right fit for your stay. -A signed rental agreement and photo ID matching the booking party is required after booking. - Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. - No Party Groups: We do not accept bookings for proms, high school groups, college groups, or spring break travelers. - Accurate Guest Representation: If your group misrepresents itself, your rental agreement will be voided, and you will forfeit all payments. - Registered Guests Only: The rental property is exclusively for guests listed in the agreement—**no outside visitors allowed. - Smoke-Free Home: This is a 100% smoke-free property indoors. Any evidence of smoking will result in the loss of your security deposit or $750 charge. -The Cape May area is full of nature. Our homes are treated monthly for all forms of pests. With that said we do NOT refund for mosquitos, ants or fruit flies which are common to our area in the summer months. Please be sure to keep doors closed and window screens in place. If you spot a bug, notify us immediately and we will have our pest control team out to the property. In the event a Direct Booking or VRBO reservation is canceled within the applicable cancellation window and a full or partial refund is due, all refunds will be issued minus any non-refundable payment processing fees. These include, but are not limited to: -Credit card processing fees incurred at the time of booking Payment processor fees associated with issuing the refund. These fees are charged by third-party financial institutions and are non-recoverable by the Host, and therefore will be deducted from any refund issued. These fees are typically 5.7% By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Thank you for respecting our home!
