Stayed Jun 16, 2025This cute little house was close to Berlin, which has some of our favorite restaurants and Assateague Island, which is our favorite beach. We had three adult adults and it was the perfect size for us. Property was clean and well-maintained. The community is quite well-maintained with many amenities. Will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a very nicely updated home with beautiful waterfront views. We’ve stayed in this community before and this is the nicest home we have stayed in. Comfortable furniture and beds, and having a dishwasher was another nice plus compared to other houses in the community. Very convenient community to the Assateague parks and Ocean City.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great place to stay! Impeccably clean and spacious with plenty of towels, soaps, tide pods ect. The views of the bay are unbeatable and everyone in the community is extremely friendly and welcoming. Only a 5 minute drive to the Assateague National Seashore and an easy 10 minute drive to the charming town of Berlin. This was a perfect place for our family of four and we are looking forward to staying again next summer!

Stayed Jun 23, 2024We love staying here at asseteague point. We have stayed 3 years in a row now but it's always been a different home in the community. We feel like this home particular has been our best stay. Everything in the home felt new and updated. We would love to stay here again and are already planning our next trip.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024This home was surprisingly spacious! We had lots of room to settle in and the kids had space to play. It was very clean and had plenty of kitchen items, towels, and other amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The view from the back was absolutely beautiful. Would definitely rent again!
