Home Truths:
- This home is 3 separate units located in the same building, each with its own kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
- Unit 1 sits on the second and third floors of the home. Access requires climbing a set of steep stairs.
- Please note that this home does not have an AC.
- This home has a wall heater.

- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from your residence is prohibited. This home has a noise ordinance time between 10 PM and 8 AM, meaning even a normal conversation must be moved to inside the home during these hours.
- Please note the unit is surrounded by other units in a shared building and we would appreciate being mindful to the volume of the activities that may occur.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Same-day bookings are not permitted.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music is allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
- While we do our best to notify guests in advance, unannounced power outages may occur due to unexpected city maintenance.
- No events are allowed unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes but is not limited to: rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
- All guests must comply with local laws regarding outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and limitations on parties or gatherings.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
Four parking spaces.
Parking spots are ideal for compact cars. SUVs may have a lot of difficulty getting in and out; while larger vehicles will not fit at all and are at risk of fines & towing if past a certain point in the alleyway.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

    It was awesome to have a place for each of my faimily to have space and privacy.Whenever I reported a need, staff took care of it as soon as possible.Grandchildren from Colorado and Texas loved playing in the sand. Location was perfect for my family.

    Great place in an awesome location! Our family enjoyed the short walk to the beach, walking to restaurants & bars, all lots of other spots. Short drive to the Gas Lamp District, Seaport Village, Old Town all kinds of sports.Avant Stay was all over any questions we had, as well! Top notch availability picked up calls on the first or second ring and sent out a Maintenace guy to change a battery the same day. Thanks, Bruce.

    This property was perfect for our summer vacation weekly stay with several family members. Everyone had their own space yet still being close. Decorated so cute and very clean! Location on the bay was awesome and a short walk to beach & shops was so convenient. The only thing I wish it had was a washer/dryer on site but that is not a deal breaker for this property! We had a wonderful time! We’d definitely book again!

    Very comfortable, clean and nice location. Would stay there again. Definately needed more bathroom towels. 12 people and not every person had one towel for the week.

    The location is excellent- love the bayside beach for our young grandkids, calm waters. We had a large group and the upstairs unit was our main gathering spot since the kitchen was updated and there was the most seating. The smaller units on the ground level had good patios but have not been updated. The bathrooms in the lower level units are exceptionally small.

    Was not given proper instructions or accessing the property. In the future do not reserve the property if you have not seen it in person! They would not give me the address of the property until a week before - I would not have stayed there if I had seen it beforehand. Property has very steep stairs to get to the upstairs unit - dangerous even. Don't know why they don't allow pets - the downstairs units are perfect for them. Downstairs units need updates - kitchen cabinets are falling apart - toilet is unstable, etc.
