Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A day in the sunshine in winter is a good day. There are some things that could make this home a better rental like furniture reupholstery, a patio table, less owner items, and new or cleaner rugs. The pool heater works well, and the master bed is comfortable. It was convenient for us near our boat in the marina. The owner does use his boat which is on the large lift on the canal.Nice, quiet area. There is one large living dining area which does not work well for two people working. For this reason, I would not recommend it to friends
