The yard was wonderful for outdoor games and for our child to run around and enjoy himself. The kitchen pantry was supplied with everything you would need to cook meals. The outdoor showers and restroom were a huge plus for when we came back the beach and if we were downstairs we didn't have to run up the stairs just to use the restroom. Overall the house was amazing. We would love to stay in this house again and definitely recommend others to stay also.

Up to date kitchen appliances. The only issue we had was out of 2 televisions on 1 had cable and so the kids room the kids were not able to watch TV, plus it was stuck on channel 99 (universal remote was not programmed to the TV) thank goodness we brought their portable DVD players.

The house was really nice with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and nice sitting areas on the porches. The only problems we encountered upon arrival were ants over the kitchen counter and in the rooms and the mosquitoes were horrible; however, I did inform the agency about it. We didn't get to sit in the garage area due to the uncleanness of it. It was nasty and dirty. The washer and dyer was down there as well and it was not in a clean area. The half bath was nasty, but the outside showers were useable. Other than that, I would recommend it.

This property was super nice! Everything was clean, and well taken care of. The beach access was right down the road from the house and it was perfect for finding shells.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL: PLEASE READ DETAILS!! We arrived to find that the AC thermostat was locked so you were unable to lower the AC lower than 72, and in the TX heat it did get rather warm in the house. On day two we realized the dryer did not tumble and I was told my the rental company just shake it up, the belt is probably loose We had washed a batch of towels and clothing that could not be dried in the dryer as it was broken. We called and were told housekeeping would pick up both that afternoon and dry and return it to us. We were notified later that day that they would not be able to do that until the next day. We had to spend a couple of afternoons at the laundromat drying clothes and towels. We were told that sonmeone would come the next day to fix the dryer and that never happened. Out of the 3 grills on the property only one was usable and it was full of old coals and food; we had to clean it before we could use it. There was mold on the window sills in the house. We had to change the AC filter as it was so clogged, cold air was not circulating at all. The stove (which was complained about in a previous review, but we assumed would have been fixed) did not work properly. Two of the burners threw sparks when turned on and the burners quit working while cooking on them. The bathrooms are very small and the toilets must be kid size. While there, we were told we would be reimbursed for the issues we encountered. Upon checking out we were told we would be called later that day about reimbursement. Five days later we called in regards to reimbursement and were told the owner refused to return any money. The rental company was sarcastic and hard to talk to. I was told you are ruining your own vacation when I called about the dryer and stove issues. We took pics of all the issues we encountered but rental company and owner were not interested in seeing them.

My family really enjoyed staying in this house. It was relaxing and wasn't in the middle of all the tourist chaos. The only thing I would recommend about the house is to have a little bit more comfortable mattresses on the beds for the adults. That would have made the stay much more comfortable! Also, the mosquitoes were horrible! We ended up having to buy some lawn spray for under the house just so we could hang out there without getting eaten alive. The city did end up sending a truck through and fogged for the mosquitoes a couple days before we left. The air conditioner worked amazingly well and it was wonderful to have all the ceiling fans in every room! Thank you for a great stay!!
