Bay Front Single Home - Assateague Pointe - In season weekly rental at 1,925

Rick and his wife were such great hosts!! Check in was easy, the place was so clean and nicely appointed. The views were gorgeous. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was so quiet and very peaceful. Check in was a breeze. Hot tub was a great amenity that we used on night two.

We can’t say enough about this property. It was perfect for us. It was the 1st time staying here we will definitely be back. Great location, loved the neighborhood. House was just what we needed and as described. Rick was a great host and enjoyed speaking with him. So glad we found this little place of paradise.

Home was lovely just as pictured. Comfy beds, beautiful view, close drive to beach and activities. Love the pool and community. Very safe for kids to ride bikes. In house laundry a huge plus. Rick was very responsive and extremely kind and helpful!

We had an amazing time. The location is perfect to enjoy beach life weather you are looking for the sights and sounds of OC boardwalk or a less packed Assateague; its all within a short drive. The property owner was AMAZING and the hospitality we received from them can not be expressed in words.

Wonderful stay. Close to Assateague Island and 3 great golf courses are nearby.

...to describe this property. It is set up for total relaxation. From the ease of working with Rick to the multiple recliners to the gliding Adirondac chairs on the patio to the hot tub - all work together to allow one to let down. Then there's the view of the bay from both outside and then from the bay windows and patio doors. Amazing. Sailboats floating, egrets feeding near shore, sun and moonrises reflecting off the bay. The location within the community is quiet and the patio fence allows for privacy. For one or two couples, this property cant be beat.

This property is a great location in Assateague Pointe. The bay view is incredible! Rick was prompt with any communication and his check-in and check-out were helpful and simple. We are looking forward to next year!
